Great product
I brought this for my daughter who does figure skating when our local ice rink was closed for maintenance. I don’t know why we didn’t get it sooner because it’s been a great tool for her to practice her balance & spins.

Fantastic for Ballet
WOULD RECOMMEND FOR - Ballet dancers, people learning better balance and posture, sensible people.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR - spinning at 100mph in the kitchen after multiple sangria's. The dog was just as confused as I was when I rolled to a lay down stop at the front of the cabinets after flying off this disk.Anyway, it's great 10/10 genuinely clever product when used for its intended purpose.

Child size, not made for adults
Not suitable for adults. I’m a size 7 and half my foot was on. How can I practice a Biellman spin on half a foot? It doesn’t work that way on the ice.
