Would i be able to use these to cap bottles ?

These are indeed real caps, so I'd imagine you'd be able to do so. Plastic liner is inside them as well.

Are these edges bent inward, like they were already on a bottle? Or are they flared out like never-used?

They are flared out never used. However the paint gives the illusion of wearing and due to how they are packaged can get bent or crushed... but not all of them. Had maybe 3-4 bent. They do have the seal like a modem glass bottle cap so in theory that can be used in a bottle press for 12 & 16 oz glass bottles... I just don't know how sanitary they are. :/
