I honestly did not think I would enjoy this ball as much as I do. I originally purchased it for my older brother as a Christmas gift to replace the one he broke, but I accidentally had it shipped to my home address as opposed to my parents address, where we spend the Christmas holidays. This was a fortunate mistake on my behalf as I was able to keep the present for myself!I severely broke my wrist several years ago and as a result, my wrist and forearm have remained weaker than normal. That is all changing with this magical little ball! I use it when I'm being lazy and relaxing in front of the TV as well as when I am studying. It gives me something to fidget with that is actually productive. Once my wrist/forearm starts 'burning' from the exercise I throw it into my other hand and carry on.I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a way to strengthen their wrist or forearm muscles!

I was looking for a simple exercise I could do to improve my wrist and grip strength. I had pain in my hands and wrists while doing push-ups, but after using this for about two weeks that pain is gone. It lights up and glows brighter the faster it goes, and comes with a convenient "rip cord" for getting it started. As an added challenge I like to start the ball rolling with the palm of my hand and see if I can start it up without using the cord. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a supplementary hand, wrist, and forearm workout in. You can do it while watching TV, reading, anything that doesn't need both hands.

I have had this pruduct for a day now and I have not been able to put the thing down since I picked it up. It does a great work out on the hard to reach forearm muscles. Also I have broken my arm about a year ago and ive always had bad wrists to begin wih this is already working wonders for my wrist. It is also a wonderful stress release, it is such a good stress release it will probity be a daily party of my day. The only down side is after long use (I e been using it for about 7 or more hours) it begins to wear down your skin.

I was injured in a car accident two years ago, I had a distal radius fracture. Because of the accident, I will have limited motion and limited things I can do with my arm the rest of my life. I was advised to purchase one of these by my doctor, who was hoping it would help with my range of motion. I don't use it often since it actually hurts to use it more than twice a week. It's a great idea, but I don't recommend it for someone with a traumatic injury to the wrist. It's not like it is a difficult product to use, because it's really easy. Just the way the ball moves makes it feel like a weight, and I can't lift more than 5lbs without severe pain.

This product was exactly as described. If you've never used one you'll probably be surprised at the amount of force this thing generates. I have owned one before so I knew what to expect. I've seen some reviewers complaining about it being hard to get started or not being able to keep it going and yes, you have to practice at it a little and really get it cranking, then you will feel that burn. This thing give a great little workout or it's just fun to play with. This is good bargain too and the seller shipped it promptly

Great for its purpose and its price. Had a different one from another company and this lesser priced on works just as well. Can be difficult to use the first time you use it, so to new users do not get discouraged because it is definitely something that you get better at and is addictingly fun.

works well and lights up you would think its a toy but you can build some serous strength with it.Update!I love good gyro balls but this thing sucks! I thought I would break it in after a while but it got harder to start and eventually tried to start it with string but I could not threw it in the trash!

i hope you get to use this (mine is orange) as it's: beautiful, exciting, challenging, exhausting, entertaining, etc.i loved the price and i didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive, i will be contacting them soon for some more colours.if you're like me, you will use it too much; but then you will have more power in your hands than you'll know what to do with.get one (or two) and get ready to feel the burn, they are a lot of fun in the dark. it's your own 'fist-full-of-lightshow'.

This is a great product once you get the hang of it. I’ve had issues with my wrists so trying to improve strength and mobility for playing musical instruments. It’s easy to grip and manoeuvre!

Mais là je dit NON !! Même à ce prix là ça fait très cher pour un objet à mettre à la poubelle.Je l'ai reçu à 13h30 et à 14h je me rendais à la poste pour le retourner.J'ai acheté ces derniers jours trois autres powerball d'une autre marque et franchement c'est incomparable ! Pour le double du prix de cette horreur j'en ai une très solide, jolie et avec un conteur qui fonctionne sans piles.Très sincèrement je laisse cet évaluation dans le but d'éclairer certains acheteurs et je leur dis de même pas essayer vous y perdrez au. Change !!!!

Eigentlich hatte ich mir das leuchtende Jo-Jo aus nostalgischen Gründen gekauft. Meine Mutter besaß früher so eins und ich wollte schlicht nochmal eins haben. :D Der Effekt mit der Beleuchtung ist witzig und das Jo-Jo funktioniert einwandfrei. Hatte am nächsten Tag tatsächlich etwas Muskelkater im Unterarm. :D
