I just got myself a Concept 2 Rower, but I'm in a new house and didn't want to damage the new hardwood floors, I was considering getting all kinds of different rubber mats, but those were not only expensive but according to the reviews very smelly. I came across these and after about two weeks of continuous use I have not moved them once, they do not slip, and do not smell, but most of all they protect the floors. I'm a pretty big guy and the durability on these is really high I mean they barely look used and I've used them every day more than twice a day. They are super dense and are all rubber there is not EVA foam layers or anything like that... Also I got this six pack in case two of them fell apart I could replace them, but I can confidently say I don't see that happening any time soon.

I bought these to use under my treadmill because the vibration of it on my floors while I was using it made the lights upstairs flicker and it was extremely loud. After putting these under it, you cannot hear it at all upstairs! I was skeptical that these would help, but I am so happy with my purchase.

If you are on the fence about this product, unsure if it really works, or questioning if it’s really worth the money - then consider me you’re friend in this moment telling you to buy the product. These things are amazing. I’m surprised how such a small piece is able to reduce the amount of noise and vibration! I bought these for my bed (it’s loud on old wooden floors) and the noise is reduced like 80%. Seriously! I bought more for my treadmill and my family says they can no longer hear me walking. Buy them!!

These fit under the feet of my upright bike to protect my carpet, while giving a firm surface for a stable feel to bike. They are thicker than bike mats, and keep my spare room looking nice with carpet instead of a big rectangular mat that would shrink the room. Great value for the price.

It was easy to install under 400 lbs treadmill however it's won't stay in place and I had to keep slide back in.

This was the fix I needed! Despite a 'non-slip' pad, my small elliptical was still sliding-- even with the tension setting at low, making it difficult to use during MS Teams calls (awkward). These little magical squares make for ZERO movement-- even with the tension on high! Great value for the price.I haven't had these long enough to truly comment on durability over time, but they definitely seem sturdy...not just sor the price, but sturdy in general.I definitely recommend this product!

I get this to put under my rowing machine since my neighbours downstairs have complained about feeling vibrations on the mornings when I use it. After I started using this pads, no more complains.

Especially if the treadmills has inclines, the back wheels will roll of the pads easily beyond 3 levels of change. The pads are quite small in dimension and have limited surface area. The quality of the pads is reasonable and could easily last several months if the exercise equipment is completely stationary
