Basically the same as an actual Graston Technique tool, only ridiculously cheaper. Quality is fantastic. Super study, incredibly smooth. Perfect for scraping the small areas like thumb joints, etc. Really, you can use it everywhere - along the spine, forearms, etc. I just love this. I'm buying an extra one for home. It's so inexpensive. A fantastic buy.

This works exactly like you'd exoect - my most used tool. If you want to dig into a dense inactive this is thr best tool I've found for that by far, and I have used around 8 others.My only wish is that they made this with a better grip. You get lotion on your hands and the tool and it gets a bit slippery. The other tool I settled on using on a regular basis - Myofascial Releaser Ellipse Plus - has a nicely machined grip that works even when your hands are slippery. But this tool still works better for breaking up stubborn dense tissue. I'm so happy this tool exists I didn't even take a star off, just a suggestion.This tool is fantastic.Best lotion I've found for this is "Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E, 18.7 oz".

I got these for my athletic training room and for my home! The quality feels just like a graston tool and looks just like one as well. Except they’re more affordable than the $2,000 Graston tools. I’m glad I was able to find something to use in my practice thats just as good and is way more affordable!

hard to rate a chunk of metal. mine is bent for some reason, so that's weird, i know i didn't bend it. its 3/16" thick, polished, easy enough to hold, a bit slippery though. the edge is a bit sharp but usable as an edge. the chisel end is both soft and sharp depending on the direction you use it in.bevel down, its like a big hard thumb. you can glide it across the area without a digging in. the bevel side up is more like a chisel, where it can dig down to a certain spot. the sell this version as a grafton tool for like $400 and they use it to break up scar tissue. not sure if i would do that, but it works well enough.

Love this, helps alot with open up oxygen flow in feet. Helps with pain.
