These are hard wired but simple to do. The wires go into the hole then a clip bites down on it. No screws involved. They are great value and very energy efficient. They are 15w and I run mine at 10% of that which means it only uses 1.5w.

No, it will turn on and off from a smart speaker but it has no speaker itself
