We had been using A O SMITH geysers in my parents home and hence when we thought of buying one for our own house, it was a no brainer to opt for A O Smith. It has been working fine and with the price it came with it was a good purchase. For this product, the best feature was that we would switch it on with the supplied remote before going for a bath, the water temp is easy to control and once temp is reached the geyser maintains the temp. Also this one has a stylish modern look.

Excellent, value for money, is bit expensive but worth buying.

Good geyser. Fast and good looking. The remote is useless as it works when you are very very close. So it turned out to be a costly geyser as this feature is not useful.

The overall product is good as it turns cold water into hot in a pretty fast way, it consumes less time and the greater thing is that it has good storage capacity of 25ltr which is sufficient enough for 4 members of my family.

Not used the geyser properly and already issues started. Technician has informed like servicing takes 1 week as the parts should arrive from Bengaluru

Highly energy efficienct, zero power consumption, since not installed yet (Hope to get installed this year to give a proper review. It's been only for 3 days I am trying to get it installed, hey, another 10 more days in this year, cheers).It feels quite cold, should get warm by summer, I guess (since amazon says I can't return the product, it's electronic you know ! LoL).Though thickness is more, it's sitting safely on the floor (No installation screws in the package, the installer will bring it with him/her, of course I have to pay for it, assuming the installer shows up, hoping against hope that it would happen one day).Great customer cate service by seller and manufacturer. They made me properly utilise my free calls and data in my mobile which usually I let go waste. Can you belive it I made 4 phone calls, 3 emails and 2 whatsapp msg, all FREE.

The media could not be loaded.  I have purchased the AO Smith HeatBot-SZS-015-DG- SILVER Storage 15 Litre Vertical Digital Display Remote Controlled Water Heater (Geyser) in Amazon through Cloudtail India on 19th November 2020 when it delivered through third party delivery agency the outer & inner seals are tampered then i contact the Amazon officials and replaced with new on 26th November 2020 when it is opening the Box the Geyser looking so good, but when I using the Geyser on 27th November 2020 it is very bad quality from AO Smith and Heavy noise in the inner side and the noise spreading up to 10 meters distance and it takes a long time for water heating 20 to 30 mins for medium heat (showing 65 ) I very disappointing for spending a huge amount for this worst Geyser, I think the Amazon supplied used/defect Geyser and Cheating public just like me, I suggest don't buy this Geyser through Amazon

The media could not be loaded.  I have purchased this geyser (AO Smith HeatBot-SZS-015-DG- SILVER) during Diwali sale & it costs around Rs. 12,499/-. The geyser is working good. Only the problem is :(i) You can access geyser's features using remote control only 1feet = 30 Cm away from Geyser. A big Con.(ii) Energy consumption features can only be accessed through remote control.Rest is good. Better, you may buy AO Smith Heatbot wifi geyser in this price range.
