I've been searching for a nail polish remover that doesn't destroy my nails or skin, but I didn't think it was possible to find one that doesn't abuse my olfactory senses. After reading MANY reviews for a multitude of brands, I read one review that led me away from the brand I was about to select, and it brought me here to ella + mila. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend on such a small bottle, but I decided to give it a try anyway. After all, I haven't had any luck with larger bottles at a lower price point. I just opened my bottle today and used it for the first time. The scent was not strong and offensive, but pleasant and almost citrus-y. It was so gentle, I thought it wasn't working, but I continued to wipe each nail. I noticed that it left behind a silky oil, like cuticle treatment oil. I rubbed it in and then washed my hands to see what was left behind. To my amazement, my nails were perfectly clean, my cuticles and skin around my nails were soft, and there was no damage or discoloration whatsoever! I absolutely LOVE this brand, and I will buy it over and over again!! I highly recommend this to anyone who cares about their skin and the air they breathe!

I am happy I tried this wonderful polish remover. Doesn’t smell awful like many other brands and works very well. Leaves nails conditioned and not dry.

I've only used it once so far. It works pretty well removing old polish. Seems a little oily but it smells good.

Product review: This product smells great and has saved my nails. I started using acetone-free remover a few years ago and tried this after the product I had been using was discontinued. This does take a bit of extra time to remove nail polish but that is to be expected and not an issue for me because if I wanted immediate removal, I’d use acetone. After using this, my nails are not stripped at all. My nails used to ache after removing polish I had worn for a week; that has not happened since using Ella+Mila. My nails look much healthier and moisturized, and I love it. I can even wear nail polish more often than ever before. I’m very happy with this product!Customer service: I had received a bottle where the seal was partially broken and the cap had brown stains on top. It was a bit off-putting. They were very proactive regarding customer service: Ella+Mila had sent an email asking for feedback about the purchase. I described the issue and sent a photo, and within a few days I had a brand new bottle with no issues whatsoever. I appreciate their attentiveness to the customer and I will be buying this as long as they make it! Since the packaging differed greatly when sent direct from them, I wonder if the damages are coming from Amazon’s side.

Amazing product! This feels so natural on my nails, it feels like I am applying coconut oil on my nails and leave my nails looking healthy!

Although a nice change from chemical-ridden nail polish removers, if you’re looking for something quick and effective, I would look elsewhere.It took forever to remove existing nail polish. First one has to apply the remover and let it “sit” (which I recommend letting it sit longer than recommended) and then get to extensive swiping with a cotton pad (which caused wrist pain and frustration even after following the directions of use), plus an oily mess that if not careful, could transfer to anything you touch and ruin other items easily. It’s also quite expensive for how much you get, so wouldn’t tag this product as a deal by any means. (I removed regular Essie nail polish for reference).If you have a lot of time and don’t mind getting a little greasy and putting in more effort than usual, you may enjoy this product, as I originally purchased it due to its chemical-free, vegan characteristics and wanted to give it a go. It does leave the nail bed feeling moisturized which a lovely change from traditional removers. Unfortunately, the time and effort is just too much for me.
