Top shelf stuff
Had been looking for a part like this down the high street DIY shops but to no avail & here it was. Just installed it, a bit more adjustment to be done but seems to fit and function well in splitting my dishwasher and washing machine outlets as I couldn’t plug both in to the waste pipe as the other outlet is occupied.

Waste connections unsuitable
The waste connections are way too short for making a leak free (with jubilee clip) connection. So had to unscrew the two waste pipe connectors and replace with a B&Q Floplast Hose Connector. These fitted fine to the original unit and the waste pipes from my washing machine and dishwasher now seal perfectly. There is also an additional benefit that the sealing washer in the Floplast has a built in rubber flap to stop any waste water (e.g. from a sink) flowing back to your appliances.

Almost perfect
This was perfect as I have 3 appliances to connect to my sink trap, but only 2 nozzles. The only problem with this is that the nozzle is too small for my LG washing machine drain hose. I was able to swap the nozzle for a standard size one however and it works fine.
