Super Heavy Duty Brown Tarp 8 Oz, 12'X25'
S**.
~~As advertised.Plus More than Expected~~.
I just put the tarp on my RV this afternoon and am most pleased with the quality of it. It is heavy duty (16 mil thick) and the grommets are also sturdy so the fabric around them should not tear over the winter months. Will update this review in the spring when the North wind has had a chance to do some damage to it.Update as of 3 May 2014: Still some snow in yard but the tarp is off the camper and in excellent condition. I was getting worried during the winter as it had over 2' of snow at one point. And, during another storm the wind was blowing at over 50 MPH. Happy to report that there are no rips or tears! Still most highly recommended.Update as of 4 May 2015. Can't believe another year has passed and I took the tarp off from the RV one day later than last year. It was a brutal winter with snow, sleet, freezing rain and high winds. One more time this tarp has done an excellent job. Checked all of the grommets prior to folding this up and all are fine. Last fall I did secure it with much more durable bungees. All is well and I am still most pleased with this tarp.Update as of 2 May 2016. One more year has passed and very quickly for me! Sold the RV in the fall so put this on my wood pile. The winter was mild with the least amount of snow in nearly 100 years. A little over 3 feet here. My wood pile holds over 3 cords of wood so the tarp runs for 25 feet along one of them. No rips and no tears to report once again. Just a super sturdy tarp which is durable and long lasting. Still most pleased with this tarp...

Almost 9 years old and it's finally showing it's age
Sat outside in the Northern PA weather. I built a conduit pipe frame structure and parked a boat under it for over 8 years now. The tarp is now thinning at the top where the pipe goes across, probably due to ice, wind and snow stretching it. Best tarp for the $. Getting ready to order another, an I may put the old one over the new one - that would add even more longevity. I highly recommend this tarp.

What happened to the quality?
Half of the width of this tarp has lost its coating and it looks like its 3 years old not two months. Bought one previously that lasted 3 years in the weather. This one is all ready done or at least half of it!

A tarp made to stand up to the elements
I use this tarp to cover my 19-foot runabout boat during off-season storage. It sits out fully exposed to the elements, and other tarps I've used in the past are generally falling apart after one off-season of sun, rain and wind. This is a HEAVY tarp, which makes it a challenge to handle and bulky to store -- forget about ever getting it to fold up to its original shipping size. It's survived almost two full off-seasons now and is showing no signs of tearing or flaking or ripping out of grommets that I use to bungee-cord the cover in place. Yes, it's more expensive than the big tarps I used to buy at the home improvement store, but if you're tired of constantly replacing tarps then this one is worth the expense.

It is way thicker material than the blue or silver ones from Home Depot or Lowes.
What a tarp. I have gone through 3 other tarps on my metal frame one car cover. They were supposedly heavy duty. This one is much thicker and I think I will get at least 2 summers out of it here in Tucson. I plan on ordering another one soon for a backup in case these are'nt offered any more when this one does wear out..

Very heavy duty good quality
Upgraded to this tarp from a slightly thinner one used to cover my boat for the winter in Northern Illinois. This tarp is much heavier Duty and I expect it to last a lot longer than any I have tried previously. Quality of tarp looks excellent. One of the grommets was slightly bent but other than that no problems in trying it down to my boat.

IT COST MORE BUT HAS BEEN WORTH IT.
THESE ARE A NICE HEAVY DUTY TARP. I COVER MY BOAT FOR THE WINTER WITH IT. I USE BUNGEE CORDS TO SECURE IT TO THE TRAILER. IT IS TIGHT WHEN INSTALLED. I HAVE USED IT FOR TWO WINTERS NOW.

"Super" Heavy Duty
Great heavy duty tarp just as advertised. I purchased this tarp to cover a outdoor firewood pile. This is just the material to do the job. The tarps at the store are called heavy duty but no way could stand up to this item. Grommets are large for rope and reinforced with more layers to hold. Product looks like it's holding up to it's name.
