Love this treadmill. It a versatile treadmill that provides 3 function in 1 device, it professional exercise machine that is durable and provides a quality workout with easy to read measurement display. I got this almost two months now , so far no issue, working great. it my first treadmill waking machine and I love it. No complain.

Revised review.The first review I wrote on this product was very negative. When my husband and I got the treadmill it worked for about 30 mins then quit. After spending so much money on this product, we weren’t thrilled.Soon after we left our review and emailed the company, I got a call from one of the Bonita-Tech employees. He apologized for the inconvenience. I guess when the machine was shipped from China it shook the switch loose. He was ahead of the game and had already ordered us a new switch along with instructions on how to easily fix it ourselves.We ran into a few hiccups once we got the switch, BUT all the Bonita-Tech employees were very attentive and were able to walk us through some solutions.My husband and I used the machine for the first time since getting it fixed and it works wonderfully! My husband used it for an hour straight with no problems. Then I used it for 30 minutes and still worked smoothly. The shaker also works very well. It is a lot more powerful than we expected. I spent a couple minutes on that and I felt the burn.Some things to know about this machine…. The speed runs in KPH instead of MPH. Not a huge deal especially since it’s easy to convert on a phone or computer.It’s a little bit heavier than expected, but not unmovable.So even though we got off to a rough start, we think this machine will work great for our needs.

I have owned every piece of exercise equipment you can buy, most my life. I’m a 62 year old female and fell into lazy mode last year and gained 30 lbs. I used to walk and use a vibration machine. Both very bulky. I have to say, after a week of using this, it is, by far, the absolute best piece of equipment I have ever owned. I’m so excited to have a reason to get off my butt and enjoy exercising again. I look forward to using this every day, and sometimes 3 times a day. Highly recommend this! Brilliant invention!

Update: After the equipment initially malfunctioning a little after a month of being purchased and reporting the issue to the manufacturer, I was contacted by them and the problem discussed. They identified the issue and main cause of the problem and informed me they would be sending me a replacement part in no time to fix the issue. Shortly thereafter I did receive a new replacement part for the electrical switch, along with instructions on how to do it myself. I am happy to report, all was quickly rectified and the treadmill is up and running once again without any further problems.

***ETA: This company has called me FOURTEEN times in the last week to follow-up on this months old review. They even offered to pay me to remove it.*** Like several other reviewers, this treadmill stopped mid-run and will not power back on. I have contacted the seller, but must say, I owned a well-known treadmill brand for 13 years, with regular use (10-15 miles per week) and only once had to have it repaired. In fact, it still runs to this day, but is too large for current space, which is why I purchased this smaller one. Not only are the electronics poor, the wheels are too small too actually move it and I end up lifting and carrying it to set-it up for use. We'll see if the replacement part makes a difference, but right now I regret this purchase.

I loved it when I first got it but then it stopped working mid-run! I e-mailed the company because the instructions that came with the machine did not have any troubleshooting help. They responded to me by saying it probably blew the fuse or the reset switch is bad. This is not a good start! When the fuse and switch come I have to fix it myself. Not good!

It's heavier than expected but not unmanageable. The bar doesn't lock in place but I can work around that. Had some issues in the beginning with getting the belt to work properly but once I got it going, it's great. I think if the manual was a little more clear it would help. I really enjoy using it. Emailed back & forth with manufacturer over the belt issues and they were extremely helpful and responsive. 5 stars for customer service. In the end I'm very happy with this purchase.

Love the treadmill. Did have a problem with the cord plug not fitting tightly into the machine....sent an email....received a phone call and a week later received a new cord...problem solved!
