God's Remedy for Rejection

This was a good read. I couldn't wait to get it, but then actually reading became the hardest thing in the world. There was a lot of resistance and warfare regarding this book. So I had to get my heart right to even be able to read it. If you are not ready to yield to the Holy Spirit as you read this, you might as well not even bother. Its not a magic fix all. But it does help you identify the problem and walk you through some of dealing with it, but ultimately, you have to let the Holy Spirit have His way.Having read it, and gone through the steps laid out while submitting to the Holy Spirit, has brought breakthrough. However, I do feel like it's not a finished work in me yet. So this book did not deliver a full breakthrough, but it definitely has me going down the right path.

I carefully read and did some serious study of the contents of this book and some others on the subject of rejection. I experienced a great deal of rejection as a child, and I have overcome that by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.I knew Derek Prince many years ago, and I knew him to be a genuine scholarly gentleman of faith and who had great knowledge of the Scriptures. I found this book to be extremely helpful. He once again lived up to my expectations of him. he writes as he teaches--with a great deal of clarity and solid factual information. He helps the reader gain real insight to the issue involved, and leads him/her to a way of receiving help and healing. Highly recommend this book to all who have experienced the debilitating pain of rejection.

never disappoints. Rejection holds so very many in a fragile state that seems impossible to overcome. Derek helps to reveal how to get to the other side. I recommend this book to everyone. You do not need be the one struggling to rise from the agony! You can equip yourself with the knowledge to reach those around you suffering in the grip of rejection.

Derek Prince is an inspired expositor of the Word of God. Thank God for him! This book is highly recommended to everyone because I'm sure everyone has experienced rejection in his or her life and quite possibly is not aware of how it's hindering the recognition and expression of God's love. Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted and to set the captives free. Thank you, Lord.

this book is fabulous!! I have been researching roots of rejection in my own life and this book addresses them all. Derek Prince not only educates you about rejection - he clearly help you to overcome and eliminate the rejection in your life, whether past, or present.. This is a weapon in spiritual warfare the is very effective...used daily...to overcome rejection once and for all!

If you have read Derek Prince before then you would familiar with his theology, scholarship and style in writing. If you have not then Derek Prince will be a refreshing read from most of the "hyper-grace/motivational" Christianity written about today. This is not to say that Derek would be considered a Calvinist or reformed theologically. It is to say that Derek Prince uses Biblical scholarship and Scriptural application to make a strong case for dealing with rejection. I would consider this book a must read if you are dealing with offense, hurt or are counselling people on some deeper level.

A VERY helpful book.!! Derek Prince has written a number of excellent books, and if you have ever ( or have a loved one who has) experienced rejection or abandonment this book supports a reorientation of heart, mind and spirit. Uplifting and accurate.

This is a simple but deep work for those that deal with rejection. It’s a great book it’s an easy read. It’s deep, Derek prince gives you a lot of examples from his experience and life. I have purchased this book 5 times and giving it away five times to people that need it ! I wish I could give it six stars. I wish I could give it six stars!

I've had this on my book shelf for more years than I can to remember but wish I had read it earlier. Derek does a brilliant job in unpacking the roots of rejection and the prayerful way out. Some of the subject matter is heavy e.g. why some are driven to suicide, and slower forms of self destruction (drugs and alchohol) but if you can recognise the signs, then you may just help someone (or yourself?) out of the maze and into the fullness of life God intended. May God bless all who read and take on board it's priceless contents.

I have reordered as i know it will be a great book but please don't be disappointed like me if you order this and discover it is not in English
