The container that is shipped is different from the one pictured. The product is correct. Stuff works great. I run my 100+ gallon pond with a waterfall year round in PA and use this when it’s too cold for barley straw to work.

I've used several EL products through several ponds in colder climes, and I was expecting this would help keep string algae, that developed in my fountain in warmer water, at bay. Very surprised to see it had Disappeared after 3-4 weeks! You do have to keep adding it monthly (my pond water is flushed with rain water, so I'm continuing to use it weekly), and yes, the old style measuring bottle was so easy to use (no, it comes in a regular quart bottle now.) Now the pond water is So Clear it literally looks like you could drink it!! And the fish love it!Hope you have the same success!

Have used product for many years. I am very satisfied with the results BUT … I miss the old bottle that had a squeeze bottle measuring reservoir. Why did they change the bottle? I am not alone in my opinion…bring it back !

This is my go to product every year when the string algae starts to appear. This year I had a pump malfunction and ended up having to pump about 2500 gallons of fresh water back into my pond, with doing this after temperatures had already climbed to highs near 90f. I knew I was going to have rapid growth of many algae and we were leaving for a 2 week vacation so I was worried. Sure enough, within the week my water got nasty, no plants were big enough to help out and the remains of last years bottle wasnt enough for my 5500 gallon pond. I ordered a 32 oz. bottle and poured half in. This product will sometimes work in days but when the string algae is well established it can take a week. Within 3 days my water was flowing beautifully and my waterfalls were clearing off, I will defiantly keep on purchasing this every year!We just had a severe storm come through and two large trees fell on the pond, we were without power for 3 days. Even though I had tree limbs, saw dust particles and, the flow was stopped with no filtration (15 8"-16" koi) I still have no string algae! I should also add that I add a simple bacteria to the water in the spring to help start that growth and now my plants are becoming better established.

really seems to work... provides a slighted tinted shade for our full sun koi pond... best results we had to keep algae under control along with the addition of plants too

Really feel like they changed it when they went cheap on the bottle. Pictures not accurate anymore. Regular bottle now. And has not worked for me at all after they changed packaging would say it's not as concentrated as it use to be but tripled the dose and did not work at all

This product cleared our pond completely with only one dose in a matter of hours. We are very happy with this product and will continue to use it to keep our pond water clear.

Does the job in the pond but it didn't come in the bottle pictures with the built in measuring vials. My water is clear as can be now.

Works pretty well at keeping down the weed .. but given our strong and long summer sun in Edmonton AB Canada it is hard to manage weed generation.

Not what I expected, there should've been a warning for product change. The product and container are different from the advertised version. I've not seen any difference in the pond after a few days, hope it works.
