OdorStopOSUVB8 8-in Germicidal UVC Bulb, Honeywell, AmilAir Breathe Easy, Calutech, Medic Helix, LSE, Puritec and Pur UV Air Systems

I purchased Two OdorStop “air flow sensing systems”.These system state on outside of shipping box, that system will kill virus.I have trusted Odorstop to fulfill this systems stated capabiltiy on their shipping box to kill viruses.This is not occurring because the two systems I purchased are blowing fuses.Both systems are blowing their 3 amp fuses.I have Blown ten 6x30 , 3 amp, 250V trouble shooting these two odorstop two bulb systems. In addition these fuse are very hard to find at general electrical or electronics supply locations.One odorstop system worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then failed by blowing fuses. The other system failed right out of the box failed by blowing/destroying it’s 3 amp fuse.More research on the bulbs they sent with these systems indicate they are not to be turned on and off repeatedly, but are to be left out, as for example a heating system goes on and off.OdorStop states it’s and air flow sensor that turn the system on and off, but from all research it appears to to be a thermocouple. Sensing the cooling effects of oncoming air. I think they should have stated in the beginning that is how the odorstop unit is sensing air flow by temperature change of moving air.Now both systems are just destroying 3amp 250 volt fuses. I have contacted by phone Ordorstoo several times to resolve issue so far have not contacted Amazon. Will be doing that next.Right now I would give OdorStop 1/100th of one star for slick marketing.1/1000000th of a star for potentially putting my life in danger.Right now I would not give you the price of a 3 amp fuse for one of their systems.Especially after all the trouble of installing one in a heating unit cutting out perfectly good sheet metal ducting.Thanks Odorstop for nothing but a $100 plus RIPOFF.
