Green Irish Tweed by Creed is quite possibly my all-time favorite men's fragrance, or at the very least it's in my top three. Unfortunately, REAL Creed is cost-prohibitive most of the time, so I'm forced to settle for imitation fragrances. Thankfully, Quality Fragrance Oils' imitation (err..."impression") of Green Irish Tweed is almost spot-on, and it really doesn't take much of this oil to ensure it goes a long way. I've received numerous compliments from people asking what cologne I'm wearing; and although I'm always honest in saying it's an imitation fragrance, it's close enough to the real thing that I could probably get away with saying it's real Creed and most people would be none the wiser. For an imitation fragrance, it's longevity is second-to-none and it lasts for at least 6-8 hours....not ALL day of course, but certainly long enough for going to work, going out at night, etc. For those considering whether or not to buy this, trust me when I say it's worth every bit of the $8 or so you will spend, and much better than other Green Irish Tweed imitation fragrances I've tried.Three suggestions/hints/tricks when wearing this fragrance oil that make it last even longer (courtesy of a friend who is a licensed aesthetician & cologne expert):#1 - Do not apply the oil when your skin is dry. Instead, apply immediately after drying off after a shower/bath when your skin is still damp and your pores are open. If you don't have time to shower/bathe but still wish to smell good, hold a warm & wet wash cloth/face towel over your wrists and neck before applying fragrance.#2 - When applying the oil, roll-on a quarter-sized circle of the oil to both wrists and both sides of your neck at your jawline, but DO NOT rub your wrists together or rub your neck. This is a very common mistake that people often make. Cologne, perfume, fragrance oil, etc. is designed to sit ON TOP of the skin rather than absorb into it. Rubbing your wrists/neck will force your skin to absorb the oil faster, thereby decreasing the longevity of the fragrance.#3 - BEFORE applying the oil, apply a VERY THIN (i.e. ridiculously thin) layer of Vasoline (or any unscented petroleum jelly) to your wrists and neck...then roll-on the fragrance as directed above. The Vasoline will allow the fragrance oil to sit ON TOP of your skin much longer than it normally would.

My absolute favorite perfume is Prada Candy. But I don't want to wear it every day as the bottles are pricey. I was looking for something similar to wear as an everyday scent and tried this. It IS a very sweet scent and I like it very much. It lasts longer on me when I put on after I've just moisturized. Otherwise I lose the fragrance halfway through the day. For what it is though, I will be ordering it again when my vial runs out.

I am not writing to comment on the similarity between the real fragrance and this knock-off. I was intrigued by the description of Lost Cherry, though. I only want to use very simple descriptive words instead of all of the ones that you would normally have to look up. I found the cherry scent to be a tart cherry in the background, almost like the lip gloss we used to get in the 70s. I also get a vanilla type scent but also powdery. There is a bit of a spice note, as well. It's not a fragrance I would choose to buy again but it's not unpleasant. I like the roller ball application and I can still smell it on my skin hours later. I am going to experiment with a fragrance that I know the scent of and see if it's similar enough, that I can sample other versions and trust the descriptions.

I purchased this on a whim because it was cheap and Orignal Santal is quite expensive to buy blind. I have to say I’m quite impressed! I have no idea what original santal smells like so it may not be a good impression, but it sure smells good! I’ve only worn it 3 times but have already had 2 compliments on it! It’s definitely a good summer fresh smell, but with a level of luxury and professionalism. I primarily wear it at work but plan to also wear it to dinners and such. I’ll update my review if I have any issues, but so far, very impressed for $9

I’ve ordered a few different scents from this company, and they always smell closer to the real deal more than any dupe I’ve tried from others! I love that it’s a rub on oil perfume as well, because the scent last way longer! I can smell it on my jacket, or hoodie days later. Love this company, and their products! And can’t beat their prices!
