SO good on chicken or tofu. It adds a layer of Umami and moistens the protein.We allll love it in our family, and it's hard to find in stores these days...:(

Spouse writes: I’ve been using this sauce since I first discovered it in the 1970s at a bodega in Brooklyn. Our local market in Maine doesn’t always carry it, so I’m glad to be able to catch up with it on Amazon. It’s great for adding a combination of mild spiciness and depth of flavor to all sorts of dishes. One of my perennial cooking companions.

I first discovered this while in Jamaica, and have been using it ever cents, I highly recommend it

The only thing I didn’t like was one of the bottles wasn’t sealed properly. So there was sauce around the top of the bottle. But I am too lazy to send it back. I tried some and I’m not poisoned. But Amazon- if you hear of poisonings please let me know!

We use this to marinade our steaks every-time and it makes them rather so good!

For some reason, I'm having trouble finding Pickapeppa in my local stores anymore. Is it too niche now to be a common grocery? Glad Amazon has it available.Wheat toast with cream cheese with a little Pickapeppa sauce smeared on it, topped with avocado is a great snack and an easy way to impress foodie friends.

Taste is subjective, so your miles may vary. I love this. A few years ago, one of my favorite restaurants was using this with a seasonal menu plan. I had to add it to our cupboard. Nice easy way to enhance menu options.A yummy moderately spicy versatile and flavorful sauce.
