FAX if you want to hear back from customer service
What a few others have said is true, if you have a problem with the system, don't expect to receive any help. I purchased this in January by a recommendation from our plumber (he'd purchased one and had no problems) while we were getting close to finally moving into our house. After the plumber installed the Watts RO system, it worked fine for about 2 weeks, then I couldn't even get an 8th of a cup to come out in 5 minutes - the water would come out as a trickle initially, then just drips, which dripped slower and slower.... We had the plumber come out to check it, he drained the pressure tank, which was completely full of water (apparently it shouldn't be, I'm not a plumber, what do I know), and it worked again for a few days, then nothing again. He told us to contact the company and inquire about getting a new pressure tank. I emailed the company via their contact page on premierh20.com and didn't receive a response for weeks, only to receive a canned response on 2/14/14 as follows:Valued Customer,We are writing to inform you that due to a system error, your email was unfortunately routed to a mailbox that is not monitored. We do apologize for any delays and inconvenience this may have caused. We have resolved the issue and are working diligently to get back to every customer as soon as possible. Please let us know if you still require assistance with your issue, and we will be more than happy to assist you.Thank you again for your patience and understanding!WATTS Customer Service**#218850#**-------------------------------Of course, I waited. As we had many repairs to complete on our house, even after we moved in, this was the least of our concerns. Then over a month later (3/18/14) I finally received the follow up:Hello, Thank you for contacting us! We do apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. Is this still an occurring issue, or has it already been resolved? Please let me know so that I can assist you further. We do apologize again for the delay, please rest assured that I will make sure your issue is resolved if it has not already been addressed to your liking. I look forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely, Ray C Watts Customer Service **#220880#**--------To which I responded:Thanks, Ray. Yes we are still having this issue. The plumber believes the pressure tank is bad. Would it be possible to get a new pressure tank? Or is there another common issue that would lead to this issue (something with a hose or fitting or something)? Let me know what information you need. I'm at the office right now, but could find the instruction manual or any identification numbers this evening.Thank you,AmandaTo this day I have received no further response. We've tried calling several times, waiting on hold for over 30 min and finally giving up. Called again today, and left a message with my cell number which I repeated twice. Still doubt I'll hear anything. Searched for them on BBB, they get an F, as they have not responded to 3 complaints filed against the business through the BBB. Not surprised and wish I'd have known sooner.Update as of 8/8/14:I decided to contact them one final way as a final opportunity to rectify this situation, via FAX. I summarized my problem with the product and with customer service on the cover sheet and attached my communications and my Amazon order sheet. I got a phone call within a few hours and they are sending a new pressure tank and gave me instructions for returning the label from the old tank. Will update my star rating when I receive the new tank and have it installed to determine if this system is working correctly with the new tank.

Works good after much troubleshooting
Had a continuous small leakage (1/2 cup in 16 minutes) through the system drain line (when the water tank was full and the unit should have been shut off), up to the faucet and down into the sink drain pipes. Sometimes it would leak on to the sink top through the faucet vent hole. This went on for 6 weeks with at least 3 calls to Watts. Watts techs provided a new Shut Off Valve, and then a drain line check valve, which did not fix the problem. Finally, Watts sent me a new Membrane and when I took out the old Membrane, it was distorted about 3/8 inch, causing the leakage. Apparently the person who assembled the unit drove it in hard, damaging the membrane, due to a tightness in the housing. I installed the new Membrane in an old Membrane housing from a previous unit, to fix the problem (the new membrane was taking too much force to install in its housing). Watts did send me a new housing, which I will install at the first filter maintenance. Watts was cooperative in fixing the problem, but the damaged membrane should have been fixed before shipping and this took way too long to fix.

Excellent performing system
I've had this system professionally installed about two years ago, although the instructions and connectors are simple enough anyone could do it, I happened to have other unrelated plumbing work that needed to be done. It does a great job removing any flavor from the water. I get my water from a shallow well and notice a remarkable difference. I've changed filters only once, but it recommends every 6 months to ensure the membrane lasts. Note this system requires a certain pressure, I believe 40 psi. Since I live on a well with a pressure tank that fluctuates between 25 - 45 psi, I had to get a booster pump, so I opted for the zero-waste kit since it includes the booster pump. This system will go through quite a bit of water to fill the tank, so I highly recommend the zero waste kit if your plumbing system allows it (ie - water heater allows water to flow backwards).
