Biscuits broken and very stale

I've purchased these cookies many times over the last few years after first having them in Britain, and they're always delicious. I always buy 2 packs of 3 cookies at a time, so I don't have to order as often. Only twice have I ever had a problem with shipping, and one of those times was entirely my fault: it was a summer delivery, and I expected the package to come to my door like they usually do, but this time it went to the bank of mailboxes at the end of the street that I rarely check because it's mostly junk mail. My poor cookies sat in the 95 degree heat and melted into a chocolate brick...that was still yummy. I just used a butter knife to pry each cookie from its neighbor. The second problematic time was the most recent delivery, and I have to say, I was sort of shocked with how the cookies were shipped: in a box meant for 12 packs of McVities, with no other packing materials to keep my 6 packages from tossing and careening around in the box. ALL my other deliveries have at least included paper or cardboard stabilizers, sometimes even shredded paper for protection. This time, nothing. As you might expect, the cookies in this delivery were a bit more...crumbly that usual, falling apart in the journey from package to mouth. They are, however frustrating in the eating, still delicious.

The main challenge with Mcvities chocolate biscuits is not eating the whole pack in one sitting while sipping on one’s afternoon tea.

The cookies were delivered unbroken and were fresh unlike the cream crackers delivered in a separate package 📦

Kids grow up eating them but they are older but still love it.

Great cookies. My only source recently closed for good so it was a relief to find them here. I've never seen the larger size either. Took a while to get here, but I'm hoping that's because of the holidays. Will order again.

Red digestive wrapper versus brown type as displayed on Amazon profile with slightly different taste. Delivery was however super fast!

Description says 3 packets and I only received 2.

I am a little bias when it comes to McVities digested cookies, I grew up with them, they are still number 1 with me.
