Changed it because I didn’t have faith in the plastic rail that held the red dot. Easy installation and gives me peace of mind my red dot won’t shift

I took a gamble on this item, since there were no reviews. The gamble paid off. The rail's fit and finish were excellent. No sharp edges, but very crisp machining. Holes lined up perfectly for the 9mm. The original plastic rail was just cheap and had some flex, but this aluminum one tightened down rock solid. I put a vortex crosshairs II on it. Soda cans and golf balls within 100 yards are not safe from my carbine, it simply feels more capable now.

Installed on my 995TS and now can install any optic I want and have way more confidence in the Downrange rail than the rail High Point supplies.
