BEST LEG/Arms ROLLER HANDS DOWN.
Ok First,This roller is very High quality not like all the cheap rollers that feel cheap, it can really expand so if your worried about it going around your thighs do not worry.I also finally found a foam roller that is perfect for my legs, I can roll my legs fast and pretty much target my entire leg from my hip down to my ankles. The 4 rollers make it very efficient and it does not take me 20 minutes to target every muscle. I Foam roll before the gym and it actually stretches me out and triggers all my muscles to start working so I do not cramp. For the arms it works really well, I have very bad tennis and golfer elbow, so every since I've used it I have been getting experiencing less and less pain. No tension what so ever. Its not the best to roll the neck but its good to use it as pressure points for the neck, so the 4 rollers give it a nice balanced pressure point.I never give reviews but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this.

Easiest way to massage your calves
I lied in the title , the easiest way to massage your calves is go get a professional massage and let them do all the work . Or maybe a spouse can help you with that . I think this gadget is the best way to massage your own calves . By the end of my day my calves are usually tired from all the walking I do, so some days I want to give them a little attention . So why is this the best ? Let’s compare it with the popular massage gun . Yes you can get a good calf massage from a gun but finding the right attachment and sweet spot can sometimes get tricky and you’re dependent on the guns battery . Whether it’s charged or not . Not gonna lie the gun is a good option and might be a good alternative but the price of a gun is so much more then this random Shadowfit dual gadget thingie. Next let’s compare this to foam rolling . Yes foam rolling is super effective . Especially if you get a small and dense one you can easily massage your calves to the point where your whole body is feeling it . But how comfortable is the position you are in and how much effort are you putting in trying to replicate the last roll ? With this gadget , you know how there’s settings on things like how hot do you want your toaster oven or how high do you want the fan to be , well with this thing , if you choose , can start massaging your calves at 100mph . No 0-60 . It’s designed to squeeze your calves and you will find the troubled sweet spot in no time . I know the last bit sounds confusing , it’s not powered by electricity , it’s only powered by you but like I said the design ! So this sums up my review . This is a little bit more expensive then a little dense foam roller but it’s worth testing out .

Overall does what it purports...
Overall this works exactly how you'd expect, and for my calves in particular, it's quite good as helping to rub out the knots! I could wish that the nubs on the wheels were longer to dig more into my muscles, but it's true to the pictures and, for the price, is a good value!

It works

Works well, but needs a 5th roller at the top.
If you don't hold this just right, you'll get a zinger on your chin bone. It requires getting used to, but does the job in the end. Would be much better if there was a 5th roller on the top.

Awesome for the price tag
Gets the job done. I'm a runner and have very tight calves and my shin splints sometimes flare up. This is easy to use, very light, and helps get a good massage for my shins and calves. You can use it on your thighs as well. I took it with me during my last race and it helped with recovery.

Whoever created the design of this roller should be given a medal
I have chronic IT band pain and tension in both of my legs. I exercise, I stretch, both provide limited relief. I had other types of rollers, but the type where you have to put it on the floor and lie on top of it and roll around was awkward and challenging to use. I also have a roller pin one that is better, but it is hard to do to the intensity I want on myself while bending over. I was having the kids do it on me, but I have pain all day long. This is the best. I can use it whenever I need, by myself, and it relieves tension and seems to relax the bands a bit. I am very grateful that I came across it on Amazon.

Surprisingly better than I expected!
Easy to use — including one-handed arm massages (which I didn’t anyone else say in their reviews). I’m a decent size person, so someone more fit may want this to not be as flexible. I even was wishing it was a bit smaller for more pressure. But you can also just apply pressure with your hands on it.I’ll be using this daily, for sure!
