The Backyard Food Company, Sweet Tomato Jam, 8.5 oz Jar

Taste is awesome but the jar is so tiny it empties too fast. Great product should be made available in larger containers.

Ordered to use on burgers. It was cloyingly sweet. Also, it is a very small jar for the price.

My Aunt makes a sweet tomato jam that is hard to come by a good replica of. This one was lighter on the sweet and had a smoky flavor to it. Less like a jam than a tomato spread. Gorgeous color but not entirely what I am looking for. Delicious on a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich.

Finally FOUND!!! After years of looking--I have found a product that SO matches the jam that my grandmotherused to make! Amazing! This one has a bit of a kick to it but--true to form--has the cloves and cinnamon--PLUS real pieces of tomato that I have longed for!!! ( This is actually the 3rd-and BEST tomato jam that Ihave ordered from Amazon.TERRIFIC!)

I bought this to go on a meat/cheese board for a party. I like tomatoes but they aren't my favorite and sure wouldn't be my choice for a jam. However, this product is nothing like jam and doesn't taste like tomatoes; more like apple butter. It was wonderful with cheese and/or crackers. In the future it will be worth the extra dollars to have such a specialized item on my party table.

This jam had a subtle taste which may work for a sandwich with a sharp cheese but I wish it did just for preference
