I really like this waist trainer. It is made with good quality, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is allergic to latex, because it does feel like the outside is made with latex, the inside does not feel like latex though. I am 5'7 and weight around 135, i got a size x-small, and it fits me on the loosest setting. I don't wear it everyday because I can't bend my stomach easily while wearing it (this may be because it is a little tight on me). I love wearing it while I workout because it makes me sweat a lot. I have found that it makes my posture better while I am wearing it and I have noticed some changes in the shape of my waist. If you are also 5'7 and weight 135 I would recommend going up to a size small (instead of an x-small like I got), unless you want it to be very tight as well.

It's a great waist trainer BUT.... I ordered an XXXL, which is what the size chart recommended, because I have a 36" waist and I was easily able to put it on at the tightest setting. When I asked the seller about it they recommended an XL. The sizing chart doesn't take into account the stretch of the latex. An XL was snug at the loosest setting but it loosens as it warms up and it's still comfortable to move around in it. All in all I'm very happy with the XL and the free return was a big plus.

I ordered a xs based on the measurements. I expected it to be on the last hook, but I'll work my way in. I Was a little annoyed that the alternating ribbon boning cases don't have boning *in* them, and that the boning itself was a little bit softer than I anticipated. But again, I'll live. The material is sturdy and doesn't irritate my (extremely sensitive) skin on the inside. Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase, insofar as determining what I like or don't like about working out in a waist cincher, without having to spend a ludicrous amount of money.

I wanted to wait to review this product and now after having it a few months I would totally recommend this to any female looking of a lil more curve and is working working out already.I am normally a medium but do to reviews i went with a large.Please note it was tight to put on and not very comfortable lol but as my old school mom would say beauty hurts and doesnt come easy. So if you are looking for something to give you shape and help with posture this is for you. But if your lazy and dont workout this is probably not for you.I lost about 4 inches in the first month working out 3 days a week.

I purchase a small thinking it would be okay, but I still have more weight to lose. Just had a baby a months ago. I used to be XS/S so I figure it would work. But nope not yet. The product seem to good and feels good. I'll purchase it again in a medium. Overall the product would have been great if I had purchase the right size.

I like the waist trainer a lot. However, I followed the instructions to use their guide for sizing and unfortunately it's a little big. So I started on the second row. Kinda sucks, but the quality is really good and comfort is as well. Should have followed my instincts on my size is all.

I ordered like 2sizes larger based on the reviews and it fit just as I wanted it to. I need a smaller one now!

I like how it fits I wanted something to help shrink my stomach and train my waist it works.
