Works for Macbook but not my GoPro Hero 6
This adapter works great on my 2018 MacBook Pro 13", but when I tried it with my GoPro Hero 6 it is not recognized.

I really enjoy the product. I use it with the purple panda kit. Doesn’t work with the go pro though :/ but the packaging is badass.

Works fine
This works great between my cell phone and my laptops type c connection to plug into my speaker system. No noticeable difference in sound, also not using super high end speakers.

Works great on a Samsung Note 10+, worked for about a year now cutting out.
I upgraded to a Note 10+ but, was disappointed that it did not have a headphone jack (what is with companies today ? How cheap can you get ???). I have really nice set of wired buds that sound epic, even my FLAGSHIP Sony Bluetooth headphones are not as good.I grabbed this and tried it, sounded great, volume was great, no problem, just like having a headphone jack on my old Note 8....Edit: Worked fine for a while, I mainly use this when cutting the lawn for music etc, so this about 2 hours every spring/summer time. This summer it just cuts out all the time, it no longer works. Time for a new one....

I use this as an adapter for a CC reader and it works just fine.

Note 20 Ultra
Just confirming this will work for Note 20 Ultra. Use this plus and AUX cable to get tunes in your older vehicle

Just your average, everyday normal dongle
I can't speak to the sound quality, but if you get a decent external mic, it should come out better than most built in mics. (That's what I use this for)
