Extra Virgin Avocado Oil 1- Liter

This is a wonderful oil for cooking and for salad dressing. It has a pleasant, mild flavor. I use it instead of olive oil, since the flavor of olive oil is too strong for my taste.

Has a really off taste. Not suitable for mayo, which is why I bought it. What a waste of precious avocado oil!

I have been substituting the Avocado oil in place of Olive Oil with better results. The taste of the EVA is a little fresher and the oil holds up better at hotter temperatures.

My husband and I found this oil when we were on vacation and could not find it anywhere around our home town so we went to AMAZON to find it and thank goodness! It is so light and very very healthy to cook with. It makes great salad dressing and one of my favorite things to do with it is to fry my corn tortillas for tacos...virtually no grease on the shells! I have taken to using Avocado oil for all of my cooking needs. It has a high smoke point so is very appropriate for the needs of Indian cooking although I do not deep fry a lot. A Rheumatologist in French Polynesia had recommended it to me in the first place. I love it.
