Wow night and day results. I have a Norwegian forest cat and she has a lot of hair that is hydrophobic. It really is water resistant and at first I use this when we first got her and it wasn’t at PetSmart again when I looked so I just bought whatever was close and boy was at a mistake. It made her skin itchy and it looked very dry and matted. I made the switch back to this and it was like day and night.ProsVery good value for money it lathers very well and rinses very clean and easy. It makes her coat looks so fluffy and luxurious like she prefers her hair looks very healthy and doesn’t get mad at as easily.ConsIt’s not well stocked in most places I can drive to, but I can usually find it on Amazon. I also use it on my other American short hair so I wish I could get it in a bigger size to last a little bit longer. Also, if it could have more of a spout top with a pump action, so I don’t have to take my hands off my cat whenever I get more shampoo.Overall, really am impressed by this shampoo. It smells good and it leaves my cat looking shiny and amazing. They feel like chinchillas afterwards.

My senior cat has thick fluffy hair - we joke he looks twice his size because of his hair. He stopped bathing as often so his hair knots up easily and has been oily/full of dandruff. He isn’t a fan of baths and I didn’t want to stress him out excessively so I needed something that I could lather in and rinse because he was never going to sit for a spa day lol. I’ve used this three times total so far (once bi-weekly) and the difference is unbelievable! I knew the dandruff and oil would calm down with routine baths but his hair is so soft and while he does still get knots it’s not as many as before. Any knots brush out now when before it was just short of impossible. I cannot recommend this enough. I saw a few reviews mention the smell and it’s not bad in my opinion - it smells better than any other pet shampoo I’ve purchased.

Silky soft and smells good

We love this shampoo for our longhaired cats. It leaves their fur so clean, shiny and smelling wonderful. An added plus is that it rinses out so easily. Great product!

Works well, no irritation, cat doesn't seem to mind the scent which almost smells like baby powder. I have not given her a full bath in it but just the parts that get soiled, and it is very effective.

Her fur is nice and soft but the smell isn't as great as I thought it would be. The bottle came slimy with soap even though it was in a plastic bag.The smell went away a couple days later and her fur is still nice and soft.

I have 2 longhair cats, one being a Persian. Both require daily brushing (especially the Persian) to keep them mat-free. I bathe them every 2 months.I used to only use Burt's Bees Cat Shampoo on them; but since the price more than TRIPLED, going from $6.99to $20.99 for a small bottle, I HAD to seek out another brand.I came across Espree. AWESOME! It lathered well, cleaned thoroughly and rinsed cleanly.When I dried them, their coats were tangle-free! They were left with a beautiful, softly scented, SPARKLING coat.I went ahead and ordered another bottle yesterday.Buh Bye, Burt's Bees! Hello Espree!I just hope that Espree NEVER discontinues this wonderful product or quadruple the price when it's time to reorder!

So good made my ragdoll cat sooooo silky and it smelled really great but was also super gentle it worked so well and he was so clean it didn’t dry out his skin but it didn’t brake him greasy either it was totally worth the money and made his skin super moisturized
