It traps litter and is easy to vacuum. It is thicker than some cheap versions of these types of mats we have bought previously. Since this is our third mat from this seller, we knew it was the thicker, stronger version. We have a smaller rectangular one, a half-circle one, and now this extra-large mat. They all stick to the floor (hardwood in our house). They do not tend to try to roll up on the edges and last. Any liquid misses or leaks tend to stay on the mat and can be cleaned and disinfected like any washable surface. Just to keep them clean and sanitized regularly, we do a full clean every month or so. Usually, we just take the mat(s) into the shower to wash and rinse with dish soap, then let them air-drip dry. Or you could take them outside with a garden-hose on light to mild pressure. I’m not sure that full garden-hose water pressure would damage them, but there’s no need to find out; a mild spray washes them just fine. Highly recommended.

I love this litter mat. I measured and purchased one that fit perfectly in the doorway where my cats' litter box is where I just newly moved. This mat successfully traps more litter than any mat I have had previously. I have three cats, and sometimes they like to jump out of the litter box. With all their insane behaviors, this mat still catches the litter. Super sturdy as well. Thank you!

Gave this item 4 stars as I've only had it a short time. Nice looking. Appears to be durable & easy to clean. Serves the purpose of containing the cat litter that stick to my cats paws to the mat and not the floor around it.
