Works not that good.
Initially, it worked like a charm, but now I need to press the '+' button every time I want it to work. It seems like a program issue, but I haven't found anything helpful in the documentation.

Works just fine, has lasted so far.
Im writing this review over a year after I bought this for my wife. Im writing it NOW, because I suck at doing things when I should, and was actually reviewing something else and thought to myself, "oh yea, I bought THAT thing here too."So the thing is, there was a lot of hate when I saw the reviews for this thing before I bought it. Lots of "leaking" or "doesnt detect" kind of comments. I cant really call foul on those, but what I CAN say is, again, a year and a half in, used nonstop, at least a dozen times a day, and this thing is still kicking along. No leaks, the sensor works just fine, and I have changed the batteries maybe two or three times in the 18 months I have had it. It works as described. You can change the volume that pumps out from a little drop to "wooooaaaa, thats a lot of soap."The only two things to watch out for are: build up of dry soap in the spout needs to be toothpicked out about once a month, as clogs will dry out and make you think its not working, and also the sensor is a little inconsistent. Sometimes you have to be a half-inch away from it to dispense, and other times it picks up a glimpse of a pot you are washing and has a premature dispenseration. But hey, for the price and longevity we have gotten out of this thing, I can truly say it was a bargain and we have no regrets.

Worked great for 7 days, then broke.
I purchased this auto soap dispenser because I figured it would be a great idea, especially considering Covid + cross contamination, etc. Turns out, I was pretty right! The Nozama soap dispenser arrived on schedule, looked sleek and sturdy and I was just grateful it worked on arrival.I did have extremely low expectations because products like this tend to not last very long... but the reviews had some pretty glowing reads and it was reasonably priced so I gave it a try. What’s the worst that could happen? It worked pretty well for exactly 7 days. I loved it. Used it 8-10 times a day while sheltering in place. The settings that controlled how much soap gets dispensed was intuitive and effective. When the soap actually dispensed, it made a slight mechanical noise similar to the auto dispensers you’d find in public restrooms. Not bothersome at all. The dispenser was so easy to load I found myself anxious to refill it!Unfortunately I never got the chance. On the 7th day, I noticed there was no soap coming out. When I waved my hand under the nozzle, it wouldn’t even make the mechanical noise anymore. There was no response from the indicator light, and I kinda just knew it was the end of the road for my new friend.I decided to just inspect the machine before I gave up for good, and as I removed the battery cover, blueish brownish liquid immediately poured out all over my hands and sink. The blue, coming from the hand soap and the brown perhaps coming from the batteries sitting in the liquid for an amount of time. When reading reviews, especially from products that are highly rated... I always know there’s a chance I won’t be one of the satisfied customers that received said object. Today was the day it actually happened to me! I read that the dispenser was supposed to be leak proof, and it is! The only problem is the leak proof cover prevents the soap from leaking out of the dispenser, it doesn’t stop the soap from leaking all over the batteries, effectively ruining the machine. (It was initially worse than it looks in the picture, I stood there stunned like an idiot for the first few seconds while the soap poured out.)So, I’m pretty bummed because this is money unnecessarily wasted, although I knew the risk initially. I’d definitely advise folks to look elsewhere. Plenty of other reviewers had the same issue and I ignored it thinking I’d be one of the lucky ones. Ha.

Didn't Last
Barely lasted a year. Worked fine until it didn't. Disappointed. Wouldn't buy again. Not worth the money if it's going to stop working so soon.

Great product
Love this, sorry I didn’t get one sooner. Use in kitchen, doesn’t leak, easy to fill. Saves me from picking up container each time.. definitely recommend this.

The best until it stops working
I love this thing! We use it for the dish soap at the kitchen sink. It does well at detecting motion, not only hands but also sponges and brushes. On the first dispense of the day nothing comes out but a second wave gets the soap flowing. Not a big deal in my opinion. It’s never tipped over.I’m writing this review 13 months after I first purchased this soap dispenser because I’m back to buy another one. My original just died on me last week. Changed the batteries, still nothing. Disappointed that a $30 purchase only made it a year. That’s the only reason this lost a star. I’m going to repurchase and hope the new one lasts longer. If it dies again in a year, then I will research an alternative.UPDATE: after getting the new dispenser and reading the instructions, I found out that after you put in the new batteries you have to press AND hold the button on top to make it work again!! So my original one is working again! Now we have two! One in the kitchen for dish soap and one in the main bathroom for hand soap! I’m going back up to 5 stars!

Nice product for the money except for.....
I've had a Lysol soap dispenser for YEARS, and it finally gave up it's life. So I found this one on Amazon, compared it to some of the others, and decided on this one. It's compact (small drainboard), matches my brushed nickel fixtures and you can see the level. You can even adjust the amount dispensed. The only thing I find annoying, is that it doesn't keep any -in this case antibacterial soft soap- in the reservoir, so after a few hours of no usage, it drains itself back into the bottom of the well and I have to put my hand in the sensor twice or three times to get it to pump out. A minor complaint, but an annoyance. Other than that, I like the looks and not having to pour or squirt my soap into my hands.

BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP!
If you've ordered this already, hopefully you're still in the extremely extended delivery period they take and you CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER.This is the biggest piece of junk. Super finicky to get it to work in the first place, but it's such cheap quality it fried the batteries and stopped working on it's 2nd day. Total junk

You get what you pay for
It's an inexpensive soap dispenser that requires batteries. When it runs out of power, you have to replace them and soap spills everywhere. I'd recommend paying more for a rechargeable unit that dispenses foamy soap.

Sieht gut aus, aber hält nicht lange
Habe den Seifenspender das 2. Mal bestellt. Da er gut aussieht. Der erste ging recht schnell kaputt. Dachte kann ja mal sein. Aber auch der zweite hielt nicht lange. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.
