Maradol Papaya Tree Seeds! Grows fruit in only 9 MONTHS from seed! 10 Seeds

I received the Maradol Papaya Tree Seeds on May 23, and I planted 5 seeds using the paper methods and the other 5 in a well-watered mixture of equal parts perlite and Sphagnum Moss Peat. I was disheartened that no even one seed attempted to germinate.It was heartbreaking, I know that it is too late for a refund.
