Stopped working
First one failed then the other. Only used for a few weeks each. Also not as described. Pump is made of plastic. Very disappointed ascould not contact the seller to complain

Stopped working before end of first soap refil
The pump became stuck and wouldnt go up and down before finishing the first jar of soap! What a waste. I wanted this to reduce plastic waste. The pump is plactic and has had to go in the bin :(

Pump doesn’t work well.
While I love the look of these, they do not work well at all. I bought 2. One of the pumps completely stopped working and the other has to be pulled up each time as it doesn’t go up on its own. Such a shame as they’re really pretty.
