This is an absolute must have if you are going into special education or already are. This book reminded me of stereo instructions because it gives all the ABC's from legal aspects to instruction suggestions to a plethora of accommodations and modifications. I have been teaching for ten years and this book still provided me with refreshers about the law and requirements, as well as new teaching strategies and tips for observing students and communicating with parents. Such a good resource and worth the money!

Extremely informative and helpful I’ll with my Class

I used this for a grad school report (my masters will be in Special Ed). As a general educator, I gained a lot of important insight on the IEP process and how to write one. This book is a must have for teachers and parents.

This book provides a clear overview of the big picture. I like this book as a resource.

So, my Amazon order list still hasn't listed this as a delivered item. So, I was not expecting it... to the alarm of my sister as I'm opening an unexpected package from a name neither of us are familiar with. The book came in good condition and I absolutely enjoyed this textbook through my University course and wanted a hard copy (We only had ebooks).

I love that this is a step by step guide to writing an IEP from beginning to end...perfect for a beginning special education teacher.
