Fine quality jump rope.
A well made good quality pvc jump rope. Neither too heavy not too light. Perfect weight for everyday jump rope work. It will feel slightly heavy if you're coming from using a jute rope. But this one's much better and long lasting. Wear shoes while jumping to avoid hurting your feet.

Su velocidad y suavidad desafían mis prejuicios. El agarre ergonómico no es como cualquier otra cuerda, lo juro por mis ganancias. Es ligera y robusta, una maravilla para la resistencia.
