Roof Rack Luggage Carrier 2017-2022 for Honda CRV Rooftop Aluminum

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to install, did it alone with no help, probably took about an hour give or take a few minutes. It's very sturdy, I can be rocking it and the car itself will shake, not the rails. It fit perfectly, they were perfectly flushed with the car, as though it came with the car. It works impeccably. When I tell people I did a self installation they always commented that it seemed like the rails and rack had came with the car.

Some clips are broken!! I just manage to put it... the rubber on the edges was bad even the sides but i don't mind it since the product is there already i don't have time to return it and replace it. What i like is the product itself maybe because it' strong and can hold lot of lbs. If you are looking for perfect product this is not for you. But if you are ok for stable and strong roof rack then consider this one.

Function: Strong and as good as factory rails / crossbars. High enough that a cargo box is well above the Sirius XM antenna.Fit: matches perfectly to CR-VLooks: Looks great. I like the black better than silver, nice gloss on the rails, and looks like it was original.Installation: Be sure to watch a YouTube video, particularly the one by Erik Morales. I found using plastic bicycle tire irons very helpful in removing the existing rail covers. My rails came with metric allen heads on the bolts, not torx T30 as stated in the instructions, so I bought a metric socket allen set, though you could just use the included allen wrenches. Allen wrenches are a bit awkward working close to the roof.

The gaskets were not lining up, wrinkled, and the rails not laying flat to the body. I tried a few times to adjust them but I couldn’t get them to look right. I returned these and ordered Honda OEM rails.Customer service is excellent I will say. They did try to help me, but ultimately I had to return them.

This is not for everyone to install the roof racks. It takes time and a knowledge of tools so you don’t damage the roof rack or the car.Once installed, it looks great and is very durable. The directions are detailed. The roof rack was very well protected in the crate and wrapped well.

I usually never leave any negative reviews on Amazon but this time was burned by purchasing this particular roof rack. Please take my word do not buy this particular product / brand specifically from this seller item arrived with no instructions, missing parts, broken pieces it does involve you cutting your original car molding for installation looking / online .We were noticed missing / damaged parts it is too late. Trying to contact Amazon they but can’t do nothing since is from third party seller.The only thing they can / offered sending me return label offer for replacement but you need to uninstall it & then leave top of your car in ugly situation then to replace the item by sending you another cheaply made after market item again. Take my word Save your time & money just pay for original product from Honda. This “Seller” & the Customer Service is horrible doesn’t follow up your request. Avoid this purchase.

Surprisingly easy to install. There's another comment with a YouTube link that was super helpful. Looks great, hold our kayaks no problem. Great quality considering how cheap these are compared to the ones from the dealership.
