Fits bits and sockets well.
First things first: I know it’s partly my fault for using it for something different but I think even if you stuff just a little extra theres a problem. When I “over stuffed” it, it was barely at all, I needed to put extra pressure to close about 1/8th of an inch and the pressure was just a little padding I put in the lid. This world normally not matter but the case is not designed with a full length hinge pin and that means any vertical pressure and…The hinge pins will get loose, slide further inside, and it’s not fun to repair. I had to melt my case a little to pull the pin out and then use a tiny nails instead. They seem to rely on plastic molding but they are smooth and round pins so it doesn’t take much for them to come loose. It just needs to break away from the plastic. Similar cases have a full length pin so it’s not an issue. If the channel they are in is longer than the pin it will fall inside. If you’re really lucky you can shake it out. But imho, it would be very nice if they updated the design and used one long hinge pin instead of two half inch pins relying on the plastic to keep them set. It seems inevitable that they’d come loose eventually even if you just use it for SD cards. That being said, it’s about half the price of similar cases with full length hinge pins and I was able to fix it so I’m still giving it 5 stars. If I get another one I’m just going to drill out the entire hinge and use a very thin 2 inch nail to make it as durable as more expensive cases. If you’re wondering if they cut any corners and if it’s different from other styles, that’s the main difference. If you’re handy, just pull them out and use tiny ribbed finishing nails because the head will prevent it from falling inward and making it hard to fix without melting the case to recover the pin. If you heat the tip it should remold the plastic. To make it just as good as more expensive cases: use an orbital vice, a tiny level, a tiny diameter 4” drill bit and a press drill. Then put a long pin (IE: a nail) through the entire hinge.Fits up to at least a 1/2” (1/4” drive) socket if you take the molding out. Will not fit deep sockets because the case molding has raided channels, but you could chisel them out to make it work if you like to tinker and futz with things like me. I don’t have one to try, but I’m sure a 1/4” sliding breaker bar style driver would fit too. I use a very tiny homemade driver. Just make sure the breaker is less than 4” wide. This was an experiment to see how much tool power I could for into such a tiny box that fits well in my pocket, and I’m very happy with the results. Gonna buy and mess with another one and add magnet buttons to hold hex bits. I think it will be cool to have a set of tiny tool kits on multiple boxes.

Excellent Poduct!
These cases are very handy. Each card holder space can fit both micro and regular sized cards (chips, whatever). I bought three for myself and will give one to my photographer uncle for Christmas. No more plastic baggies for my cards!

not waterproof
Unfortunately, case is not waterproof. I submerged it (closed, of course!) about 1-2 inches beneath the water surface and left it overnite (I weighed it down to keep it underwater). It was about half full of water in the AM. That being said, it will still suit my purpose: keep my boat keys INSIDE until needed, then clip the keys to the case when I need to use the key. I've no doubt that my boat keys and the case will float for a few hours, which should be more than long enough for retrieval should I drop them into the bay.

Sd case
Fantastic case and durable. It works really amazingly well for my sd camera cards. Also small enough to pack in my camera bag.

Sturdy compact case with gasket.
Haven’t submerged these to test their waterproofness but they do have a gasket and seem well made. Sturdy, stiff impact resistant casing. Bought three in different colors and like them quite a bit.

Overall Really Good
I love the fact that it's Orange and easy to find in a black camera bag. The card sluts are plastic, not rubber as in my previous one. On the down side the plastic slots don't hold the cards as securely as rubber. On the upside the cards are easier to remove. Very well built and I suspect the real hinge on these will out last the bendable plastic strip hinge on my previous one.

Safe, secure storage
An excellent purchase. First, it is important to protect your data - be it computer files or camera files. Come to think of it, these days, it’s pretty much the same thing. This case is well made. It holds cards with enough force to keep them in place, but you don’t have to struggle to remove a card either. I find the orange colour much easier to locate that my black cases. In addition, I like the smooth exterior of the case - it is easy to attach labels to, which I use to put my name and contact information on. If lost, at least someone can identify who owns the case.If you don’t own a similar case for your cards, I would highly recommend this one. Keeping track of several independent cards is nerve racking. This card holder will keep all your cards safe and it one place.

nice
great cardholder with a nice price, enough space for eight sd cards. Everything is great, except the case is too hard to open it. I understand it closed very safe, but if can open smooth should be great
