This BP machine works great and has and easy screen to read. Very comfortable on the wrist and much more convenient then an upper arm model. Well worth the money.

I was on the verge of returning this item because the readings we getting were wildly inaccurate as compared to our home BP monitor (which we know is accurate), and the readings were varying wildly from one time to the next, even following the printed instructions. Then when I was looking for a replacement, I found the secret that is not in the printed instructions. Put this on the inside of your wrist, not the back of your wrist like you would a watch. Once I did that, the readings compared very favorably with the home BP monitor, and they were consistent with each other. This is important, because I do have heart problems and need to have something that is accurate that I can use when I travel. The small size and ease of use makes this ideal for my travel monitor. Some people don't, but I do like that I can simply take the 2 AAA batteries out when I am not using the monitor. Or leave them when when I am on a trip. So, put this on the inside of your wrist and follow the rest of the instructions. I think I am going to like this.

Have used this wristlet in the clinical setting and compared the results against the traditional upper arm cuff, as well as a "nurse on a stick" The results were identical with the traditional upper arm cuff. My nurse peers always want to use it. It got to the point I told them to buy their own. So they did. Best one I have ever used. I have had it for 2 years and have dropped it more than once. Still works great

[See update below] Compared it with my old accurate trusty arm version and it was within one or two points accurate. Easy to use. Takes longer to take the reading, but not a big deal. It has two separate memory sections so two people can use it and save their readings. *I just got it, so don't know how long it will last and if it will continue to remain accurate or not. It would be handy for traveling, camping because it is small and comes with a case.*UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, it is now about 15 points low on the systolic reading and off by about 10 - 15 points high on the pulse rate. I have compared it with my arm cuff BP monitor that is accurate and now this wrist monitor is way off for some reason. I double tested comparing both twice after resting etc. *I thought my BP was really low according to this wrist monitor, until I double-checked with my trusty arm cuff BP monitor and it was reading my usual normal BP. This wrist monitor now seems just to erratic/inaccurate to rely on. It's true you do get what you pay for, so... I will test it a couple of more times doing the comparison with my other machine, but when I need more accurate results, I will use my older arm cuff monitor from Longs. If you need really accurate results for medical reasons, I probably wouldn't use this one to be on the safe side.

This BP monitor is really easy to use, and it is really easy to read the results. I'm glad that I got this one, since I now have to monitor my BP.

Ordered product because seemed more convient to use then a cuff around the arm. Product was easy to read since has large numbers. But none of that matters if its not even near accurate reading. Took to my doctors office and had it compared by them (since a few numbers off would not be so bad honestly) but we are talking almost 20 plus off here (seems to always be much much higher then real blood pressure was) Can't return it obviously since I used it but hopefully someone will read this and save their money for one that is more accurate, if like me it can be a life threatening thing I highly recommend passing on this one.
