I've tried lots of BT neckband, including high end LGs. The sound from this $20 set tops them all. Amazing bass. Very good BT range. Nice "you've walked away from your phone" lost connection alert. Haven't tried noise cancelling yet.Update - lost two stars:Just called a friend. He complained he could hardly hear me. We retried the call with the same results, then I turned off the neckband and switched to a different set and he could hear me just fine. Bummer because everything else was good.

I am on the phone most of that day, the headset I buy in this price range last a lot longer. Theses don't make it past a hour or so, before the sound is off. I do buy cheap head set because I use them all the time and I also have them in each car and 2 in the house.....but this one was the fasted headset i have experienced that do not holds up....in like a week. I was disappointed. I do think I have purchased them before and not had this issue. But not again.

The headset is hard plastic all around which is a constant reminder that I have it on. My previous headset had a very soft and thin plastic and many times I forgot I had it on. The sound is a little raspy. However, for the price, I guess it isn't a bad deal. It connects quickly, easy setup. I do like the retractable ear pieces.

Everything was fine until for some reason one of the earbuds would only work intermittently and then a few days later it stopped working completely. Only can hear out of one of the buds and believe it or not, I can very well but of course would prefer both to be working.

Received the headset Jan 12th, return window closed Feb 12th, by Feb 27th the cord to the right ear piece broke and started to fray... Now I cant return it.

very light , quick charge and long standby ! it's ideal for listening music and driving. good choice for me!

These are the worst headphones I have ever purchased. They only lasted a little over a month before the right headphone wouldnt retract and wouldn't produce sound. I emailed the company and they would repair them if I paid shipping, so I would have to spend even more money on this piece of crap and I highly doubt it would last another month. I regret ever purchasing them and wasting my money. If you buy them they wont last long.

This headset is cheap and poorly made. The left headphone broke 2 days after the one month return policy expired. Buy Mpow instead. They are cheap but much more reliable
