SUMMATION: If your looking for ink to do the daily printing-not precision printing, then this ink cartridge deal is for you. It’s a workhorse with just a a couple of quirks.PRINTER USED: HP Officejet 8600PROS:VALUE, VALUE, VALUE! You can’t beat the price. It does what you need it to do for basic everyday printing jobs like homework, news articles, recipes, etc. at such an inexpensive price.QUALITY: Solid quality printing. Ink has just a hint of bleed and sheerness, but overall the alignment of colors, clarity, etc was very good. But not laser precision. If your doing presentations or publishing though, your probably not doing inkjet anyway. Colors are slightly muted.CONS/QIRKS:SLIGHT DELAY IN PRINTING: My HP never printed quickly, but I do notice a longer “wind up time” before printing. Not much but noticeable.NOISE LEVEL/SOFTWARE BUGGINESS: There’s a a noticeable increase in the noise level due to what I’m thinking is bugginess with the software. My printer sort of bangs the print head back and forth a couple of times before it finally prints.CONCLUSION: I’m tired of paying $100+ for printer cartridges. I’m doing basic household printing. This product gets 5 stars overall based on value alone because I can live with the quirks

The product is a real bargain compared to the HP cost. Most of the time my HP printer and the product get along very well. Occasionally, however, there is a very brief page which needs to be reprinted--and then it turns out perfectly. I intend to keep using the product and recommend it.

I have always used HP’s ink for my HP Office Pro 8600 Printer but the price is totally insane at $189.00 for just 1 complete set of 950XL & 951XL Ink cartridges. Off the chain in-f’n-sane I simple refuse to even consider that & HP should be ashamed of themselves & I’ll buy a new printer & use another brand before I ever spend that on ink. I paid $80 at staples for the small cartridges & only got 20 pages until I was out. I saw the reviews for this & I had been printing in b & w so I don’t have to use the color up so quickly but both of these yellow cartridges didn’t work. I did 12 test’s waisting the rest of my good ink just to see nothing happen. It work fine until I put this trash ink into my printer. I had not needed to change my ink until now but the colors run out a separate times so of course it’s too late to return to Amazon & I’ve contacted the company but never heard back. I know it’s only $45 for 9 cartridges but the magenta was bleeding out on the paper & yellow doesn’t work. I have yet to test the blue or black but I’m afraid it’s going to mess up my printer now. I’m furious & hope whoever is reading this that you’ll run not walk but run in the other direction because this is total trash ink & didn’t work in my Office 8600 HP All-In-One Printer taking 950Xl & 951XL InkAs you can see in the 9 copies there is no yellow that would print on both of the cartridges that I just opened but bought large quantity so I wouldn’t run out & of course Amazon says it’s too late so I’m SOL. NEVER EVER BUY INK FROM AMAZON!

Usually when we ran out of printer ink we would search the local box stores we would pay a range of $90-$120 for 4 cartridges of replacement ink & it is craziness that we've been paying that much and didn't know a company like EZink existed but we do now!! Instead of 4 cartridges at $120 I purchased 9 cartridges...Yes, 9 cartridges, 3 larger black, 2 pink, 2 yellow, & 2 blue, ALL in one box & gets the best part...$40! That's the cost including taxes. That's a ton of savings for our home & ministry! I love the ink it's performing as well as the hp inks but at such a drastically different cost!

I installed the black cartridge and it would not print. I cleaned and it would not print. I deep cleaned and it would not print. I assumed a defective cartridge and opened the second one. I failed to print just like the first one. I installed the genuine HP cartridge I had ordered just-in-case. Later that day as I was packing the shipmen to return, I noticed a small yellow stripe with yellow arrows on the side of the cartridge that was not on the genuine HP cartridge. I decided to remove the strip and try again. I immediately got excellent printing results. I have since replaced all the cartridge in the printer with those from this shipment and they work perfectly, IF you remove the packing strip across the side of each cartridges. Why are they there? Why is there no warming about this problem? I can't answer these questions, but once you remove these strips, the cartridges work as well as the original cartridges at a much better price. I will order them again. (Of course the printer complains that these are not Genuine cartridges, but I just ignore the message and continue saving money,

Had a problem with one of the yellow cartridges did not work.

I bought these cartridges for my HP Officejet Pro 8600 and they worked well for a while. The print quality was good and the yield was as good as the HP brand. I made the mistake of updating the printer driver and suddenly they don't work any longer. I bought another brand of cartridges that I had used in the past from an office supply store and they don't work anymore either. :-(If there is some way to uninstall the driver update, I would do it. If anyone knows how to undo the damage please post that info in this comment section.I hope the manufacturer of these cartridges can stay ahead of the sabotage by HP so their product can still be used and save people money.I am so irate about this, that I am considering replacing the printer with one the will allow me to use more economical cartridges like these.

The price for the original cartridges from Hewlett Packard is highway robbery. I am so glad I found this supplier on Amazon. This is the second time I purchased these cartridges and they perform exactly the same as the HP ones; same print quality, same longevity, nowhere near as expensive. Excellent deal here folks.

Hi, 4 Cartridges are not working after installing it. Please help out

First off. Opening this package has already changed my life. Fighting through HP's excessive packaging requires protective hand gear.Second is that I got a LOT more for my money.Third is that my printer seemed pretty happy with the change.I'll update if I find any problems, but so far, the colour looks great and has made my life easier in a bunch of ways.Thanks!

These work well. On occasion, it seems to trip the printer and make it feel like it's the wrong cartridge, but a quick reset and your good to go.
