Perfect Fit

Lucked out with install....works fine...Club Car 2011 Precedent Electric
Purchased steering wheel and adapter. Heard all sorts of challenges with removing stock steering wheel. For me it took 5 minutes to remove once I removed scorecard holder. I think because the previous owner kept the cart in a garage and did not abuse it and also because its a dry weather location (Arizona) it probably did not have the rust or gunk from snow and rain or dust. Plenty of videos and posts about the process and techniques to remove stubborn steering wheel..Overall Its a little smaller than the stock steering wheel. Took all of 15-30 minutes to remove old and install new one. Amazon delivered it this morning, ordered it yesterday. Have a rubber mallet to assist would help..As mentioned in one post when the steering wheel is at 12 oclock (straight up) the front wheels are a little right of center; not much. I read that article and noticed my stock steering wheel was off as well. Anyways when the wheels are straight the steering wheel is about 11:45 so not too bad....if I really cared I could adjust the struts to make it perfectly square but its fine. One other thing do not over tighten the 6 bolts that attach the steering wheel to the adapter or they will strip. I think these Hex head bolts are made of aluminum (they did not stick to my magnetic bolt and nut dish I use when I have to keep track of assembly parts)....the 6 are firmly tightened so its all good.
