Advance Control ICN-4P32-SC Ballast ICN4P32SC

Works properly at a great price. These cost $40 locally but less than $16 here. I give it 4 stars because of poor packaging. It doesn't come in a box as shown and is simply the unit itself dropped into a standard Amazon bubble mailer. I have ordered two on two different occasions and the mounting tabs were bent both times. I bent them back without issue the first time but the second had one end break off. It was easy for me to modify it to securely mount in place but this may be an issue for others.

Direct replacement ballast with wire colors even matching. Simple to install.

I chose this product because it was a replacement for some failed ballasts in my garage. I have a large garage, and several banks of flourescents to keep it lit. I made the mistake of buying some used (but excellent appearing) lights, but in the short time of about 4 years, the ballasts started to fail. So, I ordered a 10-pack and replaced them.The space is once again super bright, making it easy to work in the garage in the evenings, or on rainy days.
