How many square feet does the 2lb bag cover?

I have no idea. I bought this to fight off bedbugs in my apartment building. Neighbors downstairs had them so I used this product to ward them off. Never saw a bedbug or eggs or carcass in my apartment. I spread along where the floors meets the walls in every room .

Is this ok for dusting tomato’s?

Not sure but used on my peach tree to get rid of leaf cutter ants and we ate the peaches

Can use mix with water and spray?

Not recommended. The packaging has great information on how to use this product. This is a mechanical control method, it depends on the sharp edges to cut into insect's exo-skeleton and cause them to die through dehydration. Watering it down will make it into paste and render it useless. You can read the labeling information in the photo. Do not apply without a good facemask.
