I can’t tell you how many different countersinks I’ve have had, and have. But these are my go to countersinks now. I am a custom, home builder, and cabinet maker. And these are by far the best counter sinks I have ever used. I wish I would’ve found these years ago. Now I have doubles in every size that they sell. I will say they are not the cheapest. But they are by far the best. Watch out for the look-alikes.

Should have bought this first. The cheap ones are bad even on the first hole. Have been giving this some use and after several hundred holes it is still like new. I use it on an impact driver and only have tear out if I go full speed and press hard. Same thing for the non maring ring. It spins easily and will not leave a mark if you take it easy. If you press it hard into soft pine you will dent the wood. Leaves nice crisp shoulders for plugs. Didn't want to buy it because of the price but am glad I did. This one is a keeper.

Good kit for doing what it says - the plug planer does a nice job - don't throw out your sandpaper yet, but after doing 50 plugs in a birds eye maple floor surround, it is still performing better than most gizmos like it, easier to use than a saw. Counter set is better than most, though that is less surprising.

Must have for cabinet makers/woodworkers. Yoi need this! Top quality.

I bought the set to give me options for countersinking holes of various sizes.The bits work very well, cutting neat, clean countersink holes with consistent depths. There was now marring of wood on top.However all the pieces came individually packaged. It would have been better to get a container designed to hold each piece in place.

If you look at the pics, it seems clear that all of the countersink bits are supposed to work with both of the stop collars but that is not at all the case. Each of the stop collars comes with one special bit that is designed to work with that stop collar and none of the other bits will work in either of the stop collars. Very disappointing, especially at the high price, since the workman on each piece seems to be excellent. You would think they could have made it actually BE a set instead of just selling it to LOOK like a set.

They say the cheap ends up expensive since you usually have to replace the cheap - well, I wish I had thought about when I bought the countersink bits these replaced. These are AMAZING! Save yourself time, money and frustration and get these already! Cant say enough good things about these. BUY NOW!

Amazing build quality and does exactly what I need it to do. Will have to stand the test of time before I comment on the durability.
