One monitor was defective and the seller refused to deal with it
A mounting was upside down and needed to have power-driven screws removed to flip it. I am unable to do this myself and live in a remote area. I contacted the seller with the response to contact Dell. Shipping back two monitors (that the outside box wasn't the correct size) never mind a restocking fee, wasn't an option. Sellers are happy to collect your $ and unwilling to help if there is a problem.
