i didn't like the price, but it is very well made. i didn't expect the size to be that big (2.5 inches diameter), but now that it's on my golf bag, it stands out and i like it.

I purchased this as a gift. The recipients name was mis-spelled on the personalization. I checked my order and I had spelled it correctly so this was done when manufacturing. I reported the problem via the Amazon site and they immediately made it right by correcting the spelling and sending another bag tag. Turnaround was fast and I still had it in time for Christmas. As an aside, this thing is heavy and clearly high quality. Better than expected.

It was engraved perfectly. It came with a green carrying pouch velvet like. A leather strap to attach to the golf bag and most importantly my husband loves it.
