I purchased these based off of my builders drawings, only to find out that they came up an inch short in length, meaning I needed them to be an inch shorter, but they are built for what I believe to be a 36 inch minimum space and will increase from there. Reached out to the company for some assistance as I would now have to cut the rod in order to make it fit. I haven't tried this yet, but really have no reason to see why it wouldn't work, so I've got my fingers crossed that they will do the job. The company did refund me some money for the mistake, which was very appreciative since it was my mistake. But they made sure I was happy! Looking forward to getting these installed!

We have limited hanging space in our laundry but a high ceiling. i mounted this easily and it works great. I am not a fan of sheetrock anchors for things that get tugged on so i was able to find a stud on one side and attached a 18 X 10 inch piece of plywood to bridge the studs on the opposite wall. It does have ample attachments. We are very pleased with the installation and operation.

Unfortunately a waist of time and efforts. The lifting mechanism does not work, the arms are stuck in vertical and cannot move. Instructions very poor, no video. Trying to return it.

I purchased this and it showed up without the rod to hang the clothes on or the rod to pull the system down with. Not pleased.

This product is definitely not worth the money at all! It broke while installing it! I posted pictures to show where it broke. The bar across didn’t fit. This product is not sturdy at all!! If I could I would give this product zero stars. I returned this item, was not going to do me any good to keep it when it literally broke because it’s made out of cheap plastic!

Works really well. My son installed it. It pulls down easily and raises back up without needing man(or woman) power. Only complaint is that the handle goes back to the middle of the shelf and since I am short I struggle a bit to reach it. I think I’ll tie some ribbon around it so that I can easily reach it.
