The aesthetic looks are very nice and fits for our lakeside home. The function for deploying the mattress is crude and not a smooth operation. The sofa is very heavy when all put together. It is a comfortable sofa and when the futon is laid down, the is comfortable as well.

Solid piece of furniture and fairly straightforward to assemble. I took a chance on this innerspring mattress design having not tried it at any store. It is definitely different than a standard stuffed futon mattress. There is a bit of give to this mattress yet it is still supportive. I have only slept on it once but I really like the feel of it. I may update after all the visiting company has had a chance to try it out. My only minor personal complaint is that when it is in couch mode, the seat is angled inward too much. I would prefer it to be a bit more flat. We will see how the mattress holds out, but I think it was a good value.
