Good Value, Easy to Install
I recently purchased an 86" television from Best Buy, but they were out of wall mounts. Walmart was also out of stock. I guess after people bought up all the toilet paper they went after the wall mounts. This mount ships with everything you could possibly need to install it. There are five different sets of screws and lots of spacers, so no matter what the back of your TV looks like, this will probably work with it. My TV is 900x600 and this worked fine. It also comes with lag bolts for mounting into wooden studs and wall anchors for mounting into brick or concrete walls. After installation you will have a ton of extra parts.I taped the convenient cardboard template to the wall with painter's tape, lined it up with wall studs, and made sure it was level. All the holes on the wall mount are oval, which gives you a lot of freedom to move it left and right to hit two different wall studs. After drilling guide holes into the wall, I used a drill with a socket adapter to drive the lag bolts into the studs. My 18v cordless drill was not strong enough and I had to resort to my more powerful corded drill. This can also be done with a regular socket wrench, and by the time you are done your forearms will look like Popeye's.Unlike other wall mounts I've installed that use a security bar to lock the television in place, this mount uses a spring loaded system. With the top two hooks in place, you'll reach underneath and pull two separate cords that open the spring-loaded clasps. It's always scary when you finally let go and face the moment of truth, but everything works great. I have extended the television out from the wall, tilted it, and everything is super solid. My 86" television weighs 95 pounds and this mount has no trouble with it.

Sturdy & Great Ease of Access to Cabling
- The build is high quality with convenient features. It’s very sturdy with a good finish. I have no fear of my heavy 65” TV falling. I did a self-install of the wall-plate, and my wife helped easily lift the TV into place.- I mounted the wall plate with 4 lag bolts to two wooden studs. I used a level and drilled pilot holes for the lag bolts. For my wall, I had to put the wall plate slightly off-center (due to wall cable openings), but the TV can be slid side-to-side for centering. It’s very easy & solid, just take your time to get it level & firmly attached.- The 2 vesa brackets for the TV have many adjustments to get the height I needed when attaching to the back of the TV. Try to measure where you want the TV top & bottom, compare to the top of the wall plate, then install the TV brackets appropriately. Note: there are two bolts on the side of each TV bracket that you can adjust for even more height change.- The “clip on” feature along with the scissor-like extension made it very easy to attach the TV with brackets to the wall plate, and to adjust/tighten the tilt knobs. Just lift TV into place hooking on the top hooks, then take your time clipping the bottom fasteners, attaching cables, and adjusting tilt. This design is a HUGE innovation over my last model which required reaching blind into a cramped space to tighten & loosen screws, with no room to access cables (once mounted). It was a massive hassle to mount, unmount, or mess with cables. For this one, I put small blocks (screwdriver handles) to keep the scissor extensions open while and we lifted the TV to attach the top hooks to the wall plate. Once safely there, I had plenty of room to click-fasten the bottom hooks, connect TV cables, and adjust tilt. Then, I removed my blocks and the TV is easily pushed back to hug the wall.Highly recommend — saves so much hassle compared to one that does not extend several inches for installation & cable access.

You can’t miss with this one
Very sturdy wall mount. Just wish it would tilt a little left and right. It does extend from from the wall. I would definitely recommend this wall mount as an inexpensive solid option

Where do I start?
I bought this for a Samsung 75" TV. Looked okay out of the box. I have installed three different wall mounts throughout the house without difficulty.1) My tv takes 8mm screws on the back. Only the ones provided were not the correct length. The short ones were too short to even reach the threads in the back of the tv and the long ones would have gone through the screen. And yes, I used appropriate spacers. Fortunately, I had left over screws from my other installations (different brands) and was able to find screws that would work.2) Moving along, I mount the bracket on the wall. Note this unit does not have a leveling adjustment so I recommend, if you buy this, that you level it and drill and install your top screws first, check the level again before you drill and install bottom holes. The reason is no matter how precise you are, lag bolts when tightened tend to edge up of down on you.3) Now getting the tv on the bracket. The hooks go over the top and the tv is then supposed to slide along the top left/right to get your perfect position----only it doesn't slide, at all. My husband had to help me push from the top side of the bracket to get it to move at all.4) Okay time to see how it pulls outs from the wall. Wing nuts hold it in place so open wing nuts an pull out. Wow! Those flimsy metal extenders which are attached on only one side of the tv bracket by two tiny screws top and bottom are supposed to hold my 80 pound tv in place. If you look at how this is made before you attach your tv you will see that the tv is being held up by a very small strip of metal on each side which is attached by two tiny screws at the top and bottom.Bottom line--the picture looks great, but the product itself is no a good design and not safe for the weight this unit will carry when the tv with pulled out from the wall. I returned mine which meant I had to try to put it all back in the box again. That was more complicated that installing the mount in the first place.
