not that good at cutting aluminium, cant do more than about 0.3mm depth of cut without excessive vibration. With the same settings other 6mm end mills absolutely slice through at 2mm depth of cut

I’ve been using much more expensive cnc bits but decided I’d check these out.Not very good on Acrylic I’d your looking for a very neat finish. They do cut ok but not as good as the more expensive ones I use.These would be good for mdf.

Inside my pack of 5 bits, 3 of them were damaged at the tip.

Die Fräser sind vernünftig geschliffen und scharf. Gefräst habe ich damit 7075er und 5083er Alu. Hat beides super funktioniert. Auch bei zu hoher Zustellung und damit einhergehenden Vibrationen brechen sie nicht.

Di 5 frese ne ho usata solo una con un ottimo risultato per scontornare delle camp da 2 cm. La fresa non si è bruciata minimamente

Die 6mm Hartmetall Single Flute Schaftfräser sind für den Hobbygebrauch in meiner MPCNC wirklich super. Sie schneiden sauber und präzise durch Holz, Aluminium und sogar Stahl. Besonders für den Preis liefern sie eine solide Leistung. Natürlich gibt es hochwertigere Fräser für den professionellen Einsatz, aber für DIY-Projekte sind sie absolut ausreichend. Ein kleiner Punktabzug, da die Standzeit bei härteren Materialien etwas kürzer ist, aber insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden!
