I dropped my phone over a year ago and have been living with the cracks and chips since then. The glass had shattered into tiny pieces and slowly revealed the plastic shell underneath. Eventually the plastic started to lift on the side. I remember checking Amazon for a replacement, but every single one had some form of off-putting review and ultimately I decided to just live with what I had.Last night the adhesive started to lift right along the bottom and I could no longer ignore the problem in my hands. I looked on Amazon again and almost gave up, how can you know which one works? I felt like they were all a rebrand of the same cheap Chinese knockoff that would break quickly at best, or shatter spontaneously at worst.I'm the end, I bit the bullet and went for this. I had a gift voucher that covered the cost, courtesy of work, so it stung a little less than it would've if it was my own money outright!Back story aside, I can tell you that so far I've been happy with what I got. The instructions were not specifically for this model phone (S10+) but it was actually an easier install than the instructions made out. Because my back was lifting already, I didn't need to heat it up to lift it off. Just pried with a little force. The tools provided helped a lot to jimmy under and get it separated.I was a bit nervous about breaking any ribbons attached to the back case, but this is where the instructions differ, on the SAMSUNG S10 PLUS (I can't speak for any other model), there is nothing connecting the backplate to the electronics. It's merely a few heat sinks and the adhesive. This made the process really simple. Of course I was really careful until I confirmed this.iI used my finger to roll off as much sitting adhesive as possible, bear in mind mine hadn't been heated, then scraped it out with the provided tweezers from the grooves. I went over it a good few times, removing all adhesive and then wiped it down with the alcohol pad they gave. I needed more than one and the one provided was a lot dryer than the few I had. I got the job done and it cleaned up nicely.Finally, I had a dummy run of the fit, before revealing the new adhesive on the replacement case. Stuck it on, which slid in nicely and fit perfectly and then used a hairdryer to warm up the back and ensure good contact between the two parts.Overall, t looks good (I changed from a white back to a black one), it fits perfectly and refitting for this phone was no more than 20 minutes, most of it spend cleaning the casing anf back plate. I couldn't tell a noticeable difference between the quality of the new and old.Should it combust of its own accord, I'll be sure to let you know, but if no update you can be confident it didn't break yet. Though it's worth noting I broke my original glass by dropping it less than a foot inside my car, so the original wasn't magically strong either!Will upload pictures later if I can.Conclusion: £20, 20 minutes, seems fine now, happy enough. Delivery was quick, too, less than 24 hours. Thanks Amazon.

Bought this on the understanding that it would fit an s10 like it is Advertised but it don't so I would go somewhere else

It looks like the original, it is quite easy to install and it comes with all the tools you need.But the quality of the product itself is really, really bad.First I was only a bit annoyed that it gets dirty so easy compared to the original one. I keep the phone in a cover and after 3 months the back is full of cracks. Horrible.

Item has cracked within 1 week of use (didn't drop the phone at all during this time).

No alcohol pad, no microfibre cloth and no SIM remover so it doesn't include everything you need. It did include a black plastic circular disk with a revolving adhesive centre, but I don't know what it is or what it is for because it is not mentioned in the instructions.

It comes with soo many extra tools etc, why so many????You really dont.need that many to fix the back on.Reduce the tools and.lower the price.Also whay put s10+ on the back when the genuine cover does not have that???

Fits perfect, only the blue foil on the backside wasn't smooth on all places. Looked like it had a wrinkle in it.But still better then the old broken that I replaced.

La vitre s'adapte parfaitement au S10+. L'outillage fourni est de bon qualité. la colle est présente sur la vitre.Un petit la notice correspondant à plusieurs modèle. il parle de changer le micro ça ne concerne pas le S10+.

Mit dem Heißluft erfüllen kurz angewärmt, das beiliegende Werkzeug erledigt den Rest. Ein wenig handwerkliche Fähigkeit ist von Nöten. Mein Telefon sieht wieder aus wie neu.
