Takara Tomy Transformers Masterpiece MP-47 Hound Action Figure

I am so glad i got this figure, it looks much better than in pictures and reviews. I was worried because lot of people say some pieces are fragile and may break, but thankfully my figure seems to be OK and i didnt have any problem and nothing is broken. The figure looks awesome and looks exactly as it was in the cartoon. The color is great and it looks beautiful in both modes. It's a great addition to my collection. I just love it.

I bought this transformers for my brother’s birthday. I paid for fast delivery for this reason, and now I have to return it, because the transformers box is not closed properly. It seems like it had already been opened. I don’t know how it will be inside.

its a pretty neat toy, but the instructions are in Japanese... some of the pictures are still hard to understand... the toy has some thin parts on it and you have to be careful when transforming him. but all in all, looks just like the G1 cartoon.

Looks like the cartoon.. but feels like very cheap plastic and no die-cast cast calling this an MP is just sad. I have it sitting in jeep mode cause I'm afraid to transform.. its like its made of green Graham crackers.

Unsure if it was via manufacturer or what, but there was a broken piece inside the box when it arrived. Had no problem with the return, though.

The box came opened & the part of where his spare tire is supposed to go is missing. Not happy

Like others have said, this figure has some very brittle plastic parts. I'm not very rough with my Masterpiece figures, and I only transformed this one once, but I broke the small plastic ring holding the back panel that holds the spare tire. Fortunately, the transformation still works, but it's a huge bummer. I'm just glad I only paid about $107 on eBay as opposed to around $150 like others have. Keep in mind that I have the authentic Takara version, not a KO. For some reason, they chose to make that piece out of thin plastic, because I'm not the only one who's done this exact thing by accident. All in all, this is a great Hound in both alt and robot modes, but be very careful when transforming.

I am very disappointed. My grandmother bought this for me for my 20th birthday, and when it came, the shoulder gun was busted. She sent it back and got a new one. I opened the box and the driver's side door was, again, busted. Will return again, but this time, she will NOT get a new one. Each time, she shells out nearly $200, and twice Hound came broken.

Bits broke off. Very flimsy. Had read similar reviews and wish I hadn’t purchased. Other masterpiece products are of far better quality
