Bright - but not obnoxiously bright.
These folks out there with head lamps in the 6000k+ range on low should be fined. If your lights are so bright that you never use your brights... they are too bright! These LAMPS ARE PERFECT and move just beyond the yellow spectrum. i'll have to monitor for longevity, but way better than previous lamps.

Edit: 3 years update.Still working well. Great product.Brighter than the stock bulb by a big margin and beam pattern is much wider too. Color is yellow as of stock bulbs. Hope they last long.

Works perfect for my Suzuli Boulevard M90
Light quality is good and installation into my Suzuki Boulevard M90 was as easy as can be.

Bought these thinking i would get a brighter bulb. Not that case. The quality is good and the price was fair, just the brightness is not as advertised. If you want the same as a stock bulb, then go for this one.

Obviously Brighter
Considerably brighter than the stock Honda Helix jeadlamp. Not retina burning, not blue, not annoying to other drivers. Just brighter, and safer riding for me.
