Awesome pans!
Very high quality pan! Pizzas turn out perfectly and don't stick. They are nice and light and as long as you are careful, they should last forever. Distributes heat very well. Doesn't seem to be easy to scratch.

Great Product
Great non stick pan! My first use was for a deep dish pizza. Made some homemade dough, added the toppings and voila, a very filling meal. This pan is a winner!!

Like so far
Love the pan. It works like it's supposed to, non stick and creates a crispy crust. The only thing is I've ordered this twice, and the second one has what looks like blotchy coating. It seems to work as well as the other one, but it looks like it has permanent water spots? Not sure if this will cause issues later on with continuous use.

If you treat it right it should last forever
Best pizza pans out there. I use them in my pizza oven all the time. These pans can handle +750 degrees for a couple minutes in my experience without warping. Some tips:- Hand wash right after use. Try to get any baked on grease of food off. Use a little soap and a sponge. dry and put away- Don't "season" the pan with oil before first use.-Using some oil in the pan when cooking pizza will guarantee easy removal and easier cleanup. Plus the crust will crisp nicely.-Don't cut the pizza in the pan. Remove the whole pizza from the pan, then slice.Just doing these things has kept my oldest pan looking like the newest.

I’ve had these 10 inch pans for a couple years now, they’re solid pans. I make pizza almost every week. I also bought the Lloyd Detroit, half Detroit and Chicago deep dish pans. The 10 inch straight pan is perfect if you’re doing the South Shore bar pizza which is what I originally bought my first one for. A buttered pan pizza or hand tossed crust comes out great in these too. I’ve used these in my oven up to 550 degrees and well as on a grill up to 700 degrees. They perform exactly as they should. I don’t know what else to say, they’re expensive but worth every penny.

Great Pizza Pan
Very nice pizza pan, but the 8” is almost a little too small for me. I kept it and ordered a 10” as well.
